starry starry night (1889) ✨🌙 The artist dreams from within white walls: a hallucinatory swirl of stars and cloud and cobalt sky tossed in a breeze so cold it cuts. With no barred windows to obscure his view he can step into the star-lit night sleepwalking as though wading through an ocean world, a light-headedness brought on by the closeness of the sky.
