THE IMMUNE CELLS IN THE HUMAN BUDDY/SOLARBALLS UNIVERSE! PART 1
I know they already did immune system episodes but
no offense—they don't portray the immune system correctly.Some errors they did are -There are various types of white blood cells, not just the ones shown in the series (and honestly, I don't even know what type of WBCs those are supposed to be—lol, I hate it when shows depict WBCs in that way, they have diferent types bro). -In the series, antibodies apparently aren't produced by B cells—in fact, B cells or plasma cells (this ones are the only who produce antibodies) aren't even mentioned. Plus, antibodies are depicted as larger than immature WBCs, like in the baby episode. -Do viruses perform phagocytosis? No—yet in the series, they do, which makes absolutely no sense. They aren't even cells, so they lack the organelles required for cellular digestion; also, they are waaaay smaller than WBCs in real life. Also i don’t hate human buddy!! I love that cartoon! cause i love cartoons about human body^^ (Anyways if i said some mistake please comment!!) I will do more stuff like an AU of the immune cells if they where correctly portraied 🥹 can’t waittt
