Just me talking about Blue Cop and Savannard below, they're both so precious to me
You all know what my favorite part of the episode was?
The camaraderie they showed between Blue Cop and Savannard
How Blue Cop understood Savannard's pain and supported him, because he knows the weight of being a Star Guardian. It's a job to protect, but it can also lead to guilt for the lives you take from your enemies.
Savannard is going to have to deal with the trauma of what he did, even if it wasn't "him" who did it, but it's nice to see that he's not alone, not in the sense of friends (he's already been accepted into the team), but in the sense that there's someone who understands, who comprehends what he's going through and that he is not alone
And I think it's good for Blue Cop too; he's no longer the only Star Guardian alive. He's not alone, even if Savannard isn't a Star Guardian. He knows; he fought battles, he lost comrades—friends—on the battlefield. He knows the pain and the weight of being a Star Guardian, and Blue Cop can finally see in someone a similarity of what he lost when his home exploded.
Because fighting battles with new comrades you met in a new place isn't the same as knowing there's someone who was there, in that place, carrying the same weight you once did.
I want to see more of these two in the future: simple conversations, pats on the back, words of encouragement, camaraderie.
Because finally there's someone here, someone who truly understands the pain of being a Star Guardian
