Gonna be honest, people baby Mother Gooseberry way too much, as if she's such a 'soft little bean', as if she's totally unaware of the pain and violence she inflicts.

Part of it is people just coming up with horny fantasies for her, which is fine go ahead. All I want is for the next time she gets new voicelines, she mentions about how she hates gay people for corrupting the youth, or advocates for learning disabled kids to be euthanized. Just something nasty and hypocritical to remind us that she's just as much a bastard as any of the other PAs.

My counter to this would be the presence of Arora's perfume bottles in the closet they come out of in Silence the Idol for their intro--

It is never explicitly said whether they belong to her or if she uses them, but it's a very odd object placement for just a closet with some monitors and a toilet. There's also a voice line where she mentions being 'freshly bathed'.

Given that Arora is able to make her own concoctions in trial, my assumption is that she also creates perfumes for herself-- And if she is able to do that, I can't imagine a breath spray for Otto would be any harder to recreate.

I was hesitant to call this a counter argument because I don’t disagree with you about Murkoff trying to make them appear more monstrous. The Twins are pretty smart, though, and could probably come up with something on the fly ;)

Even though they're not Red Barrels' favorite, Arora’s chemical expertise has value to the program. The game suggests they have access to things like bathing and personal grooming. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to imagine Otto still having access to mints, mouth spray, or something Arora made herself.

I also agree that there is no way Arora or Otto would wear something that "left little to the imagination," as Coyle put it.

I love when people draw The Twins with a sort of cover for Arora's "mound" specifically.

You know what you are so right. Totally failed to consider the chemical supplies that they must be supplying Arora. Hell, one of their voicelines has Otto asking Arora if she could concot one of her chemicals that spur on arousal.

It's a similar situation with the Pushers, who are also able to throw together their drugs from scratch. And Aroras no random Pusher, she's probably cooking up all kinds of crazy shit.

Thank you for the write up, I'm actually happy to be wrong on this, I really like this as a character detail. Here's to hoping we get further Red Barrel attention given to Mr and Mrs Kress
