March 8th➡️ March 15th (today) I’m going to be super honest. January to now has been HARD on my mind and my body. My mind because my weight is fluctuating loads, I was hoping to drop some fat, but also I’ve been doing a body building style program as well as my nutrition plan with @achievementnutrition and until now I haven’t realised I have been building a fair amount of muscle. Body building stuff is hard. I hated it but now I love it #buildthefoundation My measurements haven’t changed much either which is why it’s been fucking with my head so much. Performance is up, energy is up, stress is down, body control...I now have it.. gymnastic improving at a fast rate.. my hamstrings are growing, my glutes are growing, I can use my lats now and feel them. He’s a miracle worker no doubt about it. ☀️ I think it’s super important to track body composition in at least 3 ways (if it’s something you want to monitor) because often one method can be effected by so many things. Here 2 of my methods failed but the 3rd showed me I’m still progressing.
