One of the root problems of our society is a refusal or inability by media to articulate that all those “it’s gonna be an apocalypse” disasters were not disasters because we collectively did something about them.

The good news is this is actually quite correctable. I maintain my firm belief that we as humans are capable of solving almost all of our problems, when we decide to do so.

And I still think that’s going to happen. I don’t know when or how, but I do know that abandoning hope won’t help bring it about.

And I refuse to let the cynics own a chunk of my heart.

kinda obsessed with the thought of overworked, stressed out snell and the little habits he has, throwing out some headcanons for fun:

probably has multiple fancy silk pajama sets folded neatly in his wardrobe (consider: Snell answering the door in a sleeping cap past midnight, pillow in arm, and the Cleric almost doubles over, trying to hold in the giggles. he takes -4 hp with the pillow swat)

Concept for Esoteric Ebb, Fem!Cleric

Literally nothing changes except possibly male flirting options for both Fem and Masc Clerics (of course, flirting options for women too). And you also get the chance to BE the Big Stronk woman of any sort of relationship. Most of the flirting options are still Big Red Flags though. Canonical name is Ragna.

Ragna is still very chaotic, and very intrinsically still The Cleric, she just had a slightly different route to getting to where she was.

Male Flirting Options

Gets slightly flustered. Most normal about it though. 

Dude's busy with the Azgalists, but his buddies are way too into the idea.

Visken 

Probably exploiting you for your magic, but at least he'll wine and dine you first.

Do not let him know. Seriously it’s not worth it.

Fem!Cleric is one of the first female clerics ever, but no one usually recognises her because her demotion was kept on the downlow to avoid any scandals.

The largest change is that Modissa has even more mixed feelings about you because you're are TECHNICALLY a trailblazer, which she admires, but you're also a cleric of the Urthguard. She'd heard of you, of course, but she hadn't realised you were...like This.

Rollo is slightly less willing to work with you, because yes, you're part of the Urthguard, but you're also a woman. Still, he's secretly pretty impressed and slightly awestruck.

It would be kind of funny if no one realises you're a woman partially because you never take off the helmet or breastplate. Only Darrow knows, and that's partially because the Urthguard warned him about you. Visken knows too, and doesn't tell anyone.

Even SNELL doesn't know about it until you mention it offhand and everyone in the immediate vicinity does a double take. fem!Cleric doesn't see it as a big deal.
