Hello! This is my attempt at rebooting this acc. My name is Jill and my pronouns are she/her. My main interest is writing (I do enjoy writing and reading fanfiction) but I also play some video games, I read, and I roleplay. (My username might change from time to time, I’m not sure. Right now, It’s a mash of ‘Buckaroo’ as a nickname for Buck from 9-1-1 and ‘Moose’ as a nickname for Sam from Supernatural).

My main fandoms:

Supernatural/J2 (Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are two of my fav actors and I love their friendship! Also, as an aside, I don’t ship Destiel. I don’t mind if you do but personally, I don’t like that ship)

thinking about how buck has been the son who wasn’t wanted twice now. first with his parents, who wanted daniel. now with bonnie and earl, who wanted derek. and the one person that did want him as a son (bobby) is gone.

im sure someone’s brought this up but i wanna talk about the madney and buddie parallels in 9x13.

chim and eddie both going to someone’s house who they think can help them find maddie and buck, only to realize that that person is the one holding them hostage.

maddie and buck both breaking free to save chim and eddie before they can be hurt.

chim helping maddie when she falls, eddie running to and helping buck when he falls.

like how can buddie not be going canon especially when you remember maddie’s “it wouldn’t be so crazy” and tommy scoffing when buck said eddie was straight

And with the latest episode, Dixie reminds weird af. It’s sad that she’s still expecting to have Don with her line of “the universe always brings us back together” … he has a wife! They are paying for your surgery that you lied to get! Move on

i was catching up on 9-1-1 nashville (1x09) and dixie … jeez … acting as if she’s entitled to stuff from don because she was alone in taking care of blue? look, i have a single mother myself. my dad’s not in the picture. don was, and dixie chose to not let him be involved in blue’s life. and then to say that she could’ve been a headliner if she didn’t have to take care of blue on her own in front of him … wth

edit: her faking the throwing up blood, calling him soft, saying he couldn’t handle it, what the fuck

edit 2: and she did that ^ at a party to celebrate her son. wtf

anyone else annoyed by robby’s line in the pitt s2 trailer when he says to langdon, “we can cover for you. we’ve been doing it for months.”?

langdon said very shitty and unfair things, yes, and at the same time, it’s not fair of robby to say that when langdon went and did what was best for him and what robby wanted him to do, go to rehab! he put in a lot of work, he didn’t just slack off during those months.

i will say, though, i understand why robby said that. noah wylie said something in an interview that robby might be resentful (not sure if that’d the exact word so forgive me) since langdon went and did the work he needed to do for himself and robby didn’t. so i think it is good writing and it makes sense why he said that. still, tho, ouch

every year i forget how impossible it feels to function when you're cold and under a blanket. u really expect me to be productive right now? to think about things? outside the warmth and safety of my blanket? kind of messed up to be honest

(spoilers for 9x06 under the cut)

i don’t think they’re bringing bobby back.

despite all the weirdness around it:

• work song playing during bobby’s death (when you consider the lyrics: “no grave can hold my body down, i’ll crawl home to her”)

• the weird storyline with the mother thinking her child who she lost when he was a baby had actually survived

• the parallel with the alive character who was convinced he was dead

• all the similarities to the hotshots’ storyline with brad’s character being killed off and then coming back

i don’t think they’re gonna do it. it’s disappointing and frustrating, but i don’t think they’d go through the storyline of chim not wanting to be captain and then finally accepting it and promoting him to bring bobby back. the only way i could see this working is if bobby came back and retired, but then what role would he have in the show? a reduced one? or would he switch careers? i don’t know. it’s all … strange.

hopefully this post comes back to haunt me and i’m wrong :/
