Singapore Noodles These Singapore noodles are my 30 minute Cantonese restaurant style version, with thin rice vermicelli tossed in a curry powder sauce alongside char siu pork, shrimp, scrambled egg, and julienned vegetables. I remember having a dream when I was 6 years old, it was very silly and I was super into dinosaurs, so it was something like finding and befriending a gallimimus in the California redwoods, and when I woke up I was filled with an inexplicable longing I had never felt before and didn't quite understand. For years I was confused about why I felt so strongly about befriending a dinosaur. Dont get me wrong, that sounds cool. But this went beyond cool.
