due to my nature it would be so easy to merely imagine so sometimes its hard to believe that black sails really did have a whole mini arc where silver pieces together that the emotional state of the protagonist controls the weather so he decides that the only way to bring back the wind is to help flint out of his ambiently suicidal despair and not only does he explain this plan out loud but it works almost immediately. like that was real. that happened

I share the sentiment that others have put forth that she’d be a lavender latte kind of girl. I think she does nawt like the taste of plain coffee so is doing all the syrups and cold foams and such to get rid of the bitter
in my mind she's into the seaside. not in a lounging on a beach way (she'd be scandalized by all the skin) but in a private water-view balcony with some trellised flowers where she can wake up early and sit and watch the world wake up with a warm drink in her hands. maybe Spring coast fits the bill best 4 that

lick it better — beron punishing some other bed slaves for upsetting iphigenia. such a fun horny fucked up scene to write esp bc he’s such an unreliable and biased narrator
selfsame — an eris/lucien post-jesminda scene inspired by ceslu in the borgias finale. lucien is naked and bloodless and clean..,.,..,.,,.,,,…and eris’s 👅 have long been considering writing a part 2 of this from lucien’s pov

When we saw this art, @jon-snows-man-bun and I couldn’t help but be struck by how much it reminded us of Elain. A character who's stuck in many ways at present, with sleeping buds twining the gates to her mind. Here she’s looking away from where the wisteria—often linked symbolically to immortality and endurance—starts to bloom in the light.
