Finally got tumblr cuz I heard it was ADHD hub, and people are always posting builders art from here. I live for builders. My icon was made by stariitoons on yt:

I hate shilling myself

you know how in job interviews they ask what your weakness is? Mine is definitely shilling myself in any way. Actually lost a job once cuz I never told the manager the things I did and so they assumed I did nothing. Now my only source of income is streaming on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/gameraura) where I can’t even encourage people to sub and am constantly apologizing for ads. And redbubble (https://www.redbubble.com/people/mikor/) which I never talk about cuz I hate doing it. I can’t even explain why it bothers me so much. I just can’t ask people for money and this is essentially that? Idk BUT redbubble has changed how they work and so I’ve gone from selling like 4-6 things a year to maybe selling one. See, now they’re only promoting the shops of people who sell lots of stuff/have a lot of traffic/interest. And only people who are promoted tend to sell stuff. It’s a horrible double edged sword. so I have a request… if you have a redbubble account, or are open to making one… could you please visit my shop once in awhile, maybe like a thing or two? And maybe that will be enough for redbubble to actually have my stuff show up in the first 100 pages of a search result? I really do hate doing this but apparently it’s necessary to shill myself because redbubble won’t anymore. Gonna pin this so I hopefully never have to do this again. If you like my stuff - thank you so much. I greatly appreciate it.

I knew I wanted her, knew I needed her in dark tan, so I was online the second that preorder dropped and bought mine within minutes, I was so scared the dark tan would sell out too fast! (It took an hour until all 20 were sold, but alas!).

She's another doll named by my gf 🥰

Her wig was made by luna_and_stelladolls and I couldn't be happier with that look! Her original wig from this picture was stolen by Rose...

i was gonna just leave this in tags but i felt i needed to add the picture: it's wild how people don't get how big iran is, obviously it's racism people just don't care and assume "ah must be a bunch of primitive desert huts" or whatever but like, imagine writing off this whole area as probably some desert because there's a desert in the middle and ignore the whole ocean and two mountain ranges and all the forests and whatnot like even if it was just as big as california that's pretty huge and diverse as climate and geography

Umber Discourse Continues! Shiro saw my doodle about going to their respective islands and covering them in umber blocks. And she DARED ME!

I told them I could just imagine their builders telling my builder, "You can't sit with us" for her very correct opinions. I had to draw it.

One of my best friends growing up was the daughter of a single mother and her mother started saying ‘boobs of steel’ instead of ‘balls of steel’ after escaping her abusive husband and the saying spread to my friend and I so when someone is very brave I think damn, they have boobs of steel. I actually like it a lot more than the original phrase because everyone has boobs (except for those who have had a radical mastectomy) and it calls to mind the image of someone in a shiny steel armor breastplate instead of two useless steel balls bouncing around, which is not very inspiring. Codpiece of steel, maybe but steel balls sound like a logistical nightmare.

Oh honey! Just make sure you stay safe and keep yourself educated about what’s really going on.

Read banned books. Stay empathetic. Do not put yourself in harm’s way, whether that’s in the streets or at home.

When you’re an adult and able to help, get involved with local politics. Volunteer when you can at food drives, local libraries or even be a safe space for marginalized groups. For the love of gods, VOTE. Get everyone you know to vote! It’s so very VERY important.

Right now, as a minor, the best thing to do is to keep learning and growing.

At least, that’s how I’m raising my teens in these crazy times.

It’ll be okay as long as enough people remember that kindness, participation in governance and justice matter.

I used to tickle the heck out of my poor defenseless baby brother when he was little, and now he's highly sensitive to tickling. So is my spouse. Coincidentally, he's also the baby of his siblings. My builder is the baby of her family so it only made sense for her to be super ticklish too. She thought she could finally be a predator but still ended up prey.

Anyway, can you believe I almost forgot to draw the iconic Naruto run? Thankfully I caught it in time.

Last December, I made a quick digital doodle based off the prompt "cannibal snowmen." Didn't think much of it, but people seemed to enjoy it. One person liked it enough that their friend contacted me and asked if I was willing to recreate it in traditional media so they could gift it to the friend. Said sure thing, and after some trials and errors and a small table flip, got it done!

It's watercolor, color pencil, acrylic marker, and pen on mixed media paper.

I'm actually happy with how it came out. The snow looks soft and fluffy and I have no idea how I did that, ha! I do hope the new owner likes the surprise.

(That's also the raw scan. I didn't even edit or adjust any of the brightness and contrast. And it looks fine what is going on?)
