• rin did not plan on having a partner. it just… happened, and now he doesn’t know what to do with himself
• he gets flustered embarrassingly fast. you compliment him once and he’s quiet for the next five minutes
• he overthinks texting you. types, deletes, types again… and then sends something dry like “ok”
• he googled “how to be a good boyfriend” at least once. denies it if you ever find out
• physical affection? he freezes at first. like genuinely doesn’t know where to put his hands
• once he gets used to it, he accidentally gets clingy. not on purpose, he just ends up staying close to you all the time
• he avoids eye contact when he’s nervous—which is often when you’re being sweet to him
• he doesn’t know how to comfort you properly, so he’ll say something slightly off like “don’t cry. it’s… inefficient.” and then feel bad about it later
• he practices what he’s going to say to you in his head beforehand…and still messes it up
• if you hold his hand first, he goes quiet but doesn’t let go. ever. like his brain just short-circuited
• he gets jealous but doesn’t understand the feeling at first. just knows he doesn’t like it when you’re too close to someone else
• his ears turn red when he’s embarrassed. he tries to hide it by looking away
• he replays your interactions in his head later. especially the ones where you smiled at him
• if you fall asleep on him, he panics internally but stays completely still because he doesn’t want to wake you
• he has this stuffed owl souvenir that Sae once mailed him from spain,he brings it with him at all time but deeply denies it.
smut?-this one is kinda long gng..quite literally had to change my writing style a bit so it wouldn't be painful to look at
the door doesn’t open...that’s the first problem.
sae tries again, sharper this time, hand pressing harder against the handle like force alone might fix it.
it doesn’t...
“…you’ve got to be kidding me.” behind him, bunny exhales softly. not annoyed. not surprised. just… there.
“it’s locked,” sae says, like it isn’t obvious.
“i noticed.” that tone...calm, almost absent. makes something in sae’s chest tighten.
“don’t just stand there,” he snaps. “try something.” bunny doesn’t move right away. of course he doesn’t. he only steps forward after a second, slow and unhurried, like this isn’t a problem that needs solving. like being stuck in a locker room together isn’t something worth rushing over. he tests the door once. lightly...then lets go.
“…it’s not opening.” sae lets out a quiet breath, sharper this time.
“no shit.” silence falls. thick. uncomfortable. too aware. the locker room suddenly feels smaller than it should. like the walls have shifted just enough to make space irrelevant.
“someone will come back,” sae mutters.
“maybe.” that doesn’t help. sae turns away from the door, running a hand through his hair, pacing once like he’s trying to burn off the irritation building under his skin. he stops when he realizes that Bunny hasn’t moved. still standing there. still watching.
“…what.”
“nothing.” it’s never nothing...a pause. longer than it should be.
“…you always get like this,” bunny says. sae’s expression tightens slightly.
“like what.”
“restless.” a beat passes.
“…when you can’t control something.” that lands. too close. too accurate.
“don’t start,” sae replies.
“i’m not.” but oh boy he is. he always is. another silence stretches between them. less sharp this time. heavier. sae exhales slowly, forcing himself to still. there’s no point in pacing. no point in wasting energy. he leans back against one of the lockers instead, arms crossing loosely, gaze fixed somewhere just past bunny like he’s deliberately not looking at him. it doesn’t last long.
“…you’ve been staring,” he says.
“you noticed.”
sae clicks his tongue quietly. “hard not to.”
bunny shifts slightly. just enough to close some of the distance. not all. never all at once.
“…you didn’t use to mind."
that...that makes sae look at him. properly. the air shifts. subtle. but enough.
“…that was before,” sae says.
“before what.” he knows the answer. they both do. sae doesn’t say it. bunny watches him for a second longer.
then—
“…you changed,” he says quietly.
“so did you.”
“not like you.” a pause.
“…no,” sae admits. the word comes out softer than it should. silence again. but different now. less sharp. more… familiar. the kind of quiet that doesn’t feel forced. just… remembered. bunny steps closer. this time, sae notices before it happens. doesn’t stop it.
“…you used to stay,” bunny murmurs.
sae’s jaw tightens slightly. “don’t.”
“you did.” another step. closer now.
“after training,” bunny continues, voice low. “even when you didn’t have to.”
“that doesn’t mean anything.”
“it did.”
the words sit there. uncomfortable. unavoidable. sae looks away first. just for a second. that’s enough. bunny notices. of course he does.
“…you’re still like that,” he says.
“like what.” a pause. then, quieter...
“…you don’t like being reminded.”
sae exhales slowly. controlled. but there’s something underneath it now. something less steady.
“we’re not kids anymore,” he says.
“i know.” another step. no space left now.
“…that’s the problem.” the words land softer. but heavier.sae doesn’t move. doesn’t step back. doesn’t tell him to stop. the locker room feels too small now. too warm. too full of something that was never really gone...just buried under everything that came after.
“…when this door opens,” sae says quietly, “this doesn’t exist.”
bunny tilts his head slightly. watching him.
“…it already does.” a pause, long, unsteady and sae doesn’t answer. he doesn’t move either. and for the first time since the door locked...neither of them tries to open it again.
bunny leans in,his lips crashing over Sae's as he couldn't take the tension anymore, the want, the need. in the end he couldn't deny what he was feeling,he was always weak around him...His stomach doing flips everytime Sae laughed when it should've made him want to die.
Sae let out a soft involuntarily gasp. the kiss wasn't unwelcome...if anything,Sae kissed him back, hesitantly at first. he forgot how to do this. after all,Sae never was one for sappy relationships.
"so stupid,so pathetic...With your silly little dreams of a striker." bunny grumbles against his mouth
"mpf...im not...Im not pathetic..." Sae whines, tears already forming
"don't...don't look at me..." sae mumbles against the sloppy wet kiss that bunny was dominating.
a sting to the lip. where bunny bit. he forced his tongue onto sae's as he teased him
"hgh !,you dirty bastard" sae whimpers, the man who was dominating him, always knew how to press his buttons.
one click.
two click.
three,maybe?
and he was already leaking precum...What a dirty athlete, getting aroused in the locker rooms like this with a rival.
"fuck" bunny mumbled, finally pulled back from the sloppy kiss that left them both breathless, his hips already rocking against sae's,seeking friction to help with the deep ache.
sae let his hand wander, first his shoulder, going down to his broad chest...sliding down to his abs...lower abdomen and eventually taking off his shirt, leaving it to fall onto the locker ground...sae pressed hot open mouth kisses to the most sensitive part of Bunny's neck
"nghn..yes,right there...thats my good striker," bunny teased.
"don't make me rip your head off your neck." sae grumbled "just fuck me already you crazy rabbit."
"how could I say no to my little prince? after all ive got a porcelain doll in my hands.
ok now what the heck was that...It was my first time writing smut this way so excuse me if its absolute BUNS. okay?...ok..im open to critism, love you my bunnies hope you enjoyed that,I couldn't continue it without it being like 50 pages long...

the facility has mostly emptied out by now, footsteps fading one by one until the halls feel too big, too quiet. the lights hum faintly above you, casting that dull, late-evening glow that makes everything feel slower.
you shift the bottle in your hands.
it’s already cold.
you made sure of it.
you told yourself it wasn’t a big deal.
just stopping by.
just seeing him.
maybe asking, casually, if he wanted to grab something to eat after.
nothing serious.
nothing that would make this feel like more than it is.
you hear him before you see him.
low voices. a door opening. footsteps that don’t rush.
you straighten slightly without thinking.
he steps into view a second later.
michael kaiser, still damp from practice, hair slightly messy, expression already settling into that familiar, effortless arrogance like it never leaves him.
his gaze lands on you immediately.
of course it does.
there’s a brief pause.
not surprise.
just recognition.
“…you’re still doing this?” he says.
you blink. “doing what?”
he nods toward the bottle in your hands.
“waiting.”
the word lands heavier than it should.
you try to brush it off, stepping a little closer anyway.
“i just thought you might want—”
you hold it out slightly.
“water.”
he looks at it.
then back at you.
not taking it.
“…you came all the way here for that?”
you hesitate. “i was nearby.”
it’s not a lie.
just not the whole truth.
he hums softly.
amused.
like he’s already figured that out.
“you haven’t changed,” he says.
you frown slightly. “what’s that supposed to mean?”
he steps closer.
slow.
unhurried.
the same way he always does.
like he knows you won’t leave.
“you still look at me like that,” he continues.
your grip tightens slightly around the bottle. “like what?”
his eyes flicker over your face.
sharp.
knowing.
“…like you’re expecting something.”
your chest tightens.
“i’m not.”
“you are.”
he says it easily.
no hesitation.
a pause.
you can feel it now, the shift in the air, the way his attention sharpens just enough to make it harder to breathe normally.
“what were you going to ask?” he adds.
you hesitate.
just for a second too long.
that’s enough.
his smile tilts slightly.
not kind.
not cruel either.
just… entertained.
“for a relationship?” he guesses.
silence.
you don’t answer.
you don’t need to.
he exhales softly, like he’s almost bored now.
“…you really don’t learn.”
the words hit harder than they should.
“i was just asking,” you say quietly.
“no,” he replies.
“you were hoping.”
a pause.
your throat feels tight.
he finally reaches for the bottle.
your hand lifts slightly—
but instead of taking it from you, his fingers brush over yours first.
lingering just enough to make you still.
“that i’d say yes,” he continues.
he takes the bottle then.
finally.
like the moment already passed.
“that i’d go with you.”
another pause.
his gaze stays on you.
“…that you’re different.”
your breath catches.
“i never said that.”
“you didn’t have to.”
he pulls his hand back, unscrewing the cap casually, like none of this matters.
like you don’t matter.
he takes a sip.
slow.
unbothered.
“you’ve always been like this,” he adds after a moment. “following me around. waiting for me to notice.”
you shake your head slightly. “that’s not—”
“it is.”
he cuts you off again.
calm.
certain.
another silence.
longer this time.
“…and i do notice,” he says.
your eyes lift slightly at that.
just enough.
just in time.
his smile returns.
sharper now.
“that’s the problem.”
the words settle heavy in your chest.
you don’t move.
neither does he.
then, like it’s nothing
like this conversation never mattered—
he steps past you.
“don’t wait next time,” he adds, almost absentmindedly.
his shoulder brushes yours as he walks by.
brief.
unavoidable.
“it’s embarrassing and i dont have use for you anymore,we arent little kids like back then.”
kinda angst,guys...Will i get canceled if I say that I don't like...Kaiser👀👀👀
sae doesn’t notice you at first. not in the way people think he would. you’re there, of course, always somewhere at the edge of his vision, moving quietly between players, handing out towels, keeping track of time, doing your job exactly the way it’s meant to be done.
efficient. that’s all.
he calls your role, not your name. “water.” “schedule.” “next drill.” short, precise, like everything else about him. you answer just as simply, already one step ahead most of the time. it makes things easier. cleaner.
you don’t try to talk to him.
that’s what makes it work.
most people either hesitate around him or try too hard. you do neither. you just exist in the same space without making it complicated.
he doesn’t think about it.
not really.
it’s small things, at first.
the way you’re already there before he asks. the way you don’t interrupt, don’t linger, don’t expect anything back from him. the way everything is always exactly where it should be.
predictable.
reliable.
useful.
“you’re early,” he says once, not even looking at you as you hand him a bottle.
“you’re late,” you reply without thinking.
there’s a pause.
not long. just enough.
“…no, i’m not.”
you shrug slightly. “then i’m on time.”
he glances at you then. briefly. just long enough to register the lack of hesitation in your voice.
then he looks away.
but he remembers it.
after that, he starts noticing more.
not consciously.
just… it happens.
your footsteps. your voice. the absence of both when you’re not nearby.
one day, you’re not there.
not at the usual time. not in your usual place.
someone else hands him his water.
he takes it without comment.
but something feels off.
slightly.
annoyingly.
“where’s the manager,” he asks, tone flat.
the substitute staff hesitates. “she had something to do, she said she’d be late.”
Sunlight spills through the glass windows, soft and warm, catching on half-empty tables and the quiet movement of people trying not to look like they’re staring. Outside, Barcelona hums like it always does, unbothered and alive.
Bunny sits across from you like he belongs nowhere in particular.
His hands are folded on the table. Still. Patient. Watching.
Not the room.
You.
“You’re not eating,” you say, stirring your drink.
“I am,” he replies.
You glance at his untouched plate. “No, you’re not.”
A pause.
“…later,” he says, like that settles it.
It should feel awkward.
It doesn’t.
It just feels like him.
Too quiet in places where other people would fill the silence. Too observant in a way that makes you feel like you’re part of something you didn’t agree to be in.
Still, he doesn’t look away.
Not once.
“You’re staring again,” you say eventually.
“I know.”
That makes you stop.
“…you always say that like it’s normal.”
He tilts his head slightly, like he’s considering the idea.
“It is normal,” he says.
“For you.”
A faint pause.
Then, softer...
“…for you too, I think.”
You lean back in your chair, watching him now instead.
He doesn’t fidget. Doesn’t break eye contact. Just sits there like waiting is something he’s practiced for a long time.
Like you might disappear if he stops paying attention.
Outside, someone laughs too loudly.
You glance briefly toward the window.
It’s nothing. Just a passing moment.
But when you look back.
Bunny is still watching you.
Closer in expression than before, even though he hasn’t moved.
“You don’t like crowds,” you say, half-observing, half-guessing.
“I don’t care about them,” he corrects.
“That’s not the same thing.”
A pause.
Then—
“…it is,” he says.
Like that’s the end of it.
The waiter passes by. Plates clink. Life continues around you in soft motion.
But at your table, everything feels slightly delayed.
Like the world is happening a second too far away.
“You could look around, you know,” you say lightly. “It’s not illegal.”
“I am looking around.”
You raise a brow. “You’re looking at me.”
“Yes.”
So immediate it almost feels honest.
That should’ve made things weird.
It doesn’t.
It just sits there.
Simple,unquestioned.
“…you don’t do that with other people,” you murmur.
“No.”
A pause.
Then, like it’s obvious..
“…they’re not you.”
You don’t know what to say to that.
So you take a sip of your drink instead.
It’s easier.
Bunny watches you over the rim of your glass.
Not hungry. Not distracted.
Just there.
Like he chose this table carefully.
Like he always does.
And for the first time, you notice something different.
