IT'S MEETUP TIME MY DEAR HOMESTUCKS! Okay, so I've been wanting to host a meetup for a rather long time so why not in December to celebrate my birthday along with my friend's birthday? As for cosplays for this event, you can do anything scary that would qualify for Dark Carnival, you can do something for My Chem, like inspired from the music videos or something, and you can just get an ugly sweater, OR YOU COULD SOMEHOW MIX ALL OF THEM TOGETHER INTO ONE COSPLAY OF PURE AWESOME!!! Oh and i'm really super sorry but I will be cosplaying Gamzee as the ringer leader/grand marshal so please no one else do that cosplay, seein as I'm host I kinda wanna stand out. Don't get me wrong you can still be Gamzee, maybe please just not what I'm doing? But if you really wanted to I don't wanna kill your dreams or anythin. So I would really love this to be a big meetup so please invite everyone you possibly can! Spread word on tumblr if you want, let's make this a big one. Since two meets were scheduled on the same day at the same place, we've just merged for maximum turnout! Info on photoshoots, games, and food to be elaborated once more hosts have added to the details. Since Nostalgiastuck was originally a themed meet to use as a way for Homestucks going off to college to say good bye, we're hoping to keep the one major aspect of the meet, which is a Pokemon tournament. Anyone with a fourth of fifth generation game (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold, SoulSilver, Black, White, Black/White 2) may participate. Two separate tournaments will be held (by generation), and the winner of each is awarded a Host Plush. Hosts may participate but if they win, the Host Plush is instead given to the runner-up as a fairness measure. For SummerStuck Summer is coming to an end, so why not celebrate with your fellow Socal Homestucks? Put on your cosplays, grab a picnic blanket, and get ready to have fun! This is going to be a potluck, so any food (especially main dishes) is greatly appreciated!! There will also be music, dancing, and games. Rules: -Respect yourself and others (ask the cutie before you touch the booty!) -Clean up after yourselves (please, please do not just leave trash anywhere) -You can wear paint, horns, wigs.. go crazy -SEAL YOUR PAINT -Watch your personal belongings, things have been stolen at meets before -If you bring food, please label it with ingredients/allergens -No weapons or large props -HAVE FUNNNN!!!
