maxon in a lot of ways is sort of a todd take. a lot of decisions on the au were directly based on the things todd did, although since the og todd only got like 2 tracks that whole thing ended up getting dropped pretty soon afterwards

you gotta remember that when maxon was made almost all of the team was extremely new to pipeline and we were kind of just flying by the seat of our pants + using the other 3sames as a reference which ended up with us making a lot of strange decisions, most of which id like to think were for the best cause it led people to start doin some really weird shit (and kinda the whole idea of multiple people being able to have takes on the same thing at the same time)

PSA for everyone who doesn't know, explained simply

this is NOT because of blocking screenshots, it's because of HOW streaming sites use your computer's hardware to optimise performance, which means the thing rendering the video and the thing capturing your screen aren't the SAME thing. so they can't talk together.

you can fix this by going to your browser settings, searching for "hardware acceleration", and turning that off.
