Like Gastornis was thought to be a carnivore for decades and then carbon isotopes were like, "nah this thing was basically a giant goose honk honk".

Oviraptor was thought to be an egg eater, then much ink was spilled about whether it ate mollusks, and now it's thought to be an omnivore, but mostly a fruit/seed eater like a parrot.

Somehow this Adobe Stock image is the only art of an Oviraptor eating plants I can find. How is that?

Hi I have chronic pain and I'm here to say that it's ok to do kitchen witch things with "short cuts", like, for example, you don't have to make your dough from scratch. Your spell will be very potent the more you can connect and focus throughout the recipe... and you know what?

...You're not going to be very focused on your intent or present if the entire time you're just thinking about how much it physically hurts you to mix and knead the dough. Your not going to be very connected if the whole time you're dreading how sore you're going to be after cleaning up the kitchen. It's not very spiritual if you're ignoring your body's needs.

Buy the canned doughs and the canned "short cuts" and add your magical ingredients to it. I promise it's still VERY good and powerful, because you're taking care of yourself and therefore able to be present. Don't let any kitchen witch tell you otherwise.
