EASY MEAL: Italian Chicken Pasta Salad

Cook Time: 12-15 mins

Ingredients: (Pictures under the break)

1.) Betty Crocker Suddenly Pasta Salad Classic

2.) Olive Oil

3.) Water

4.) Walmart Traditional Rotisserie Chicken (shredded in the tub)

5.) Grape tomatoes

6.) Red Onion

7.) English Cucumber

8.) Butter

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Make the pasta salad as instructed on the box

2.) Wash your veggies

3.) Cut the grape tomatoes in half and Sauté in some butter.

4.) Cut the red onion in half and cut it again into slivers. Cut them to your taste. (I used about 1/4 of the onion)

5.) Cut the English cucumber into coin slices and then cut again into the. Add to your taste. (Again, I used about 1/4. You can also dice it if you'd prefer.)

6.) Combine pasta, veggies, and shredded chicken in a large bowl. Serve, meal prep, or refrigerate for later.

It is freakishly delicious.

Optional: add fresh mozzarella pearls.
