I knew you’d come back to me eventually, I’ve missed you.
Where else would I go, buttercup?
Of course you did, I’m too irresistible.

benji:
Carmie– you’re back!
Hi Benny.
Hi.
wyatt:
Many can’t place themselves in Wyatt’s situation and proclaim they would have chosen the same path if the decision was set in front of them. Once you’re given a real purpose, it’s difficult to return back to what destiny originally planned for you and Wyatt wouldn’t take the coward’s way out hiding behind curtain number one of life. He now possesses the greater risk of dying than he had before. “I have a weird feeling I may regret this. Alright.”
Carmen stood up abruptly, shoving back the chair she was sitting on with the force. “You can’t live with regrets here, puppy.” She leaned over and gave a smacking kiss on his cheek. “Follow me suga’.” She skips her way to the door that led to the backyard, leaving the glass doors open behind her as she listened to Wyatt’s footsteps following after her. There was a small area outside the manor that was made for training and Carmen flounced to the open sparring ring. “Show me what you got, pup.”
andromeda:
Just because you shouldn’t do something doesn’t mean you won’t. I can’t turn it off, Carmen.
I would have thought attempted murder would be a huge turn off. I guess everyone has their fetishes, buttercup.
georgiana:
“I couldn’t avoid it in my line of work.” Georgie ran her hand along the stretch marks marking her stomach and shrugged, “Not doing much of that these days.”
Carmen’s eyes fell to the stretch marks and gazed at them with curiosity. “Most wouldn’t call motherhood nothing.”
wyatt:
“Seems like everyone here in this house is.” Wyatt’s lessons still hand’t reached a level where he could be challenged to go out on his own during a mission. He cared to believe he was more than ready, but whether Judas believed the same is something he couldn’t just ask about. “Trust me, I know pretty much enough.” He watched the blonde steal away his sandwich with amusement, making no move to retrieve it back. Wyatt’s hunger diminished quite easily. “Then teach me. Anything you’re willing to give, by all means, I need to know as much as I can.”
“No — not everyone here is.” There was no doubt that all the assassins who lived under Judas’ roof had gone through something, had become killers because they had to. But few had undergone the excruciating process that she and Judas had. Wyatt thought he was — but he was a grown man making a decision he thought was right. Carmen for a long time couldn’t recognise her own trauma; it’d simply been life. Now... with Theon gone and no longer having to serve a master —Judas has helped her see she wasn’t an asset... she was a person. The other’s had no idea who it feels to be undone so thoroughly. A dark glint hardened her eyes and she set the sandwich down. “I guess I could teach you something.” She’d teach the pup a lesson.
andromeda:
I probably shouldn’t, but I missed you.
You shouldn’t do that either.
georgiana:
I’ve been dealt worse blows.
We comparing scars or something?
You might beat me in scars — no one likes a marked doll.
wyatt:
Wyatt only experienced the tip of the iceberg. Sure, Judas tagged him along on a shady backwoods deal when he first agreed to learn the inner workings of a fighter, but the various and quite plainly brutal fighting sessions throughout each week were not enough to break down the man. Wyatt punched and pummeled his way to gain abilities he wouldn’t have comprehended before. “Those like Judas?” Wyatt threaded his fingers together and looked down, “If I happen to survive, I won’t stop either.”
Her lip twitched into a smirk, “People like me.” Judas was a fearsome killer, renowned around the city for what he did. But he wasn’t the only terrifying killer that lived in this house; it seemed no one has realised that. “Oh puppy — you still have no idea what you’ve gotten yourself into.” Carmen reached over and took Wyatt’s half-eaten sandwich, taking a large bite with her lips stretched in a smile. “I hope you survive, but you have so so much left to learn pup.”
wyatt:
“When you put it that way.” Wyatt had the feeling of suddenly losing his appetite, a fact made clear when he placed the package of cookies on the coffee table. Ever since training began, he found he couldn’t eat the way he used to. “Do you ever get to a point where you tell yourself you should stop?”
Carmen found his question hilarious though she didn’t show it. They all started wistful like him, the underlining hope that they could come back from this; that they’d be able to stop when they wanted to. But it wasn’t so easy and no matter how long they’d stop, they always fell back into old habits. Carmen never had that hope — she was bred for killing, trained in espionage and broken down until she was hollow. Her Masters were dead and she was lost. “Most do — then... then there’s those who weren’t built to stop.”
andromeda:
Hi, stranger.
You know you shouldn’t be here.
simon:
You’re not very good at following someone and being inconspicuous about it.
I wasn’t trying. Whatcha doing?
georgiana:
Doesn’t look so bad.
You keep telling yourself that, sweetie.
callum:
I would highly recommend you keep your distance if you know what’s best for you.
It’s a free world, jackass. Cheers.
judas:
That was quite possibly the worst joke I’ve heard in a long time.
They say humour is meant to be therapeutic to mental health — clearly it’s bullshit.
