Just a little update on the laundry room. I was able the finally put up my drying racks I made.

Nate and I wrote our own vows for are wedding so seeing how the first Wedding Anniversary gift is paper I printed and framed our vows.

I dry walled the stairs to my basement then stained pallets and put them on the upper half of the wall.

Jewelry Christmas Tree.

I have been saving and buy old jewelry for five years. And finally I had enough.

Antipasta

Ingredients:

1 Ib red pepper

1 large head of cauliflower

2 - 20oz bottles of Ketchup

1 cup salad oil

1 cup vinger

1 can green beans

16 oz picked onions

4 cans button mushrooms

2 big cans solid chicken

3 cans black pitted olives

1 can green olives

1 quart dill pickles

Directions:

1. Make sure all ingredients are processed or choped

2. Fry pepper in a little bit of oil till soft

3. Pre-Cook cauliflower by pouring boiling water over and let stand for 10 mins. Then Drain

4. Boil Ketchup, vinger, and oil for 10 mins

5. Add veggies and other ingredients except olives. Bring to boil

6. Add olives and then put into jars (makes 8 quarts)

7. Progress in jars for 15 mins.

Homemade Kahlua

Ingredients:

1 12-cup pot of very strong coffe

2 Lbs Light brown sugar

1 Vanilla bean

1 bottle 190 proof Everclear (Used bottle in picture above)

Directions:

1. Bring coffee to a boil in dutch oven.

2. Gradually add 2 lbs light brown sugar and return to a boil stirring constantly.

3. Add vanilla bean and let cool till room temperture

4. Remove vanilla bean

5. Add bottle of 190 proof Everclear

Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

Ingredients:

1 2/3 cups of Bushmills Irish Whiskey

1 cup half & half

1 can sweetened condensed milk

3 tablespoons chocolate syrup

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of instant coffee

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree on high speed for 30 seconds.

2. Transfer mixture to an airtight container or glass bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. Shake well before using.
