Me watching MacGyver reruns as a kid: MacGyver doesn’t need a gun.  He’s so cool.  He makes stuff from wherever he is. 

Me as an adult watching the new MacGyver as an adult with control issues: Why is he always so unprepared?!  He hasn’t tested those experiments.  Maybe blowing people up with random chemicals, throwing them off trains and blasting them with homemade, untested tools is far crueler than shooting them.  He’s like Great Value Tony Stark.  

Also me watching MacGyver: 11 straight episodes is not enough. NEXT EPISODE!
