The Dragonfly cluster… a group of islands of all different sizes, floating together through the vast emptiness of the plane of air ….
3 of the islands have large ship sized portals to other relams …

Telephone Sheep by Jean Luc Cornec
Oh these are the electric sheep the androids dream about
Dungeons & Dragons' owners think the brand is "really under monetised" and have a plan to fix that in the future.
I think there's been some talk about how one of the design goals of One D&D seems to be a focus on making the digital tools more important and given that there's talk inside Hasbro along the lines of D&D having more potential for monetization I wouldn't be surprised if WotC were to try some kind of "D&D as a service" thing.

...what do you mean tommorrow?"
happy 1 year anniversary to this post,
DECEMBER IS TOMMORROW.
AGAIN.
shit it is isn’t it
Wtf is that? A storm elemental?
Ball lightning fuck me all the way up
Excuse me what the fuck is this
you literally captured whats called “ball lightning” which is the rarest form of lighting
its so rare that we dont even know how it forms other than by heat, static electricity, and humidity
storm elemental it is
look guys this is how nature-based deities and spirits come about this is ridiculous
Are you aware that the first-ever video footage of ball lightning outside a laboratory was taken in 2014 and there are only like 3 or 4 videos like this in existence and this might be the most close-up one
some crazy shit..

I’m no scientist, but this shit sounds like those plasma weapons we only see in scifi, which is awesome:
i mean..
THIS is yet another reason why shaming people for always filming stuff with their phones is dumb. People are documenting things we’ve rarely EVER seen, or have NEVER BEEN CAPTURED ON FILM BEFORE! It’s fantastic!
What a TIME TO BE ALIVE, folks! Ordinary people can capture footage that is of tremendous use for scientific documentation and research! I love this!

Love a good parade. This is a masterwork of engraving.
“The Big Rubble is a vast area enclosed by giant-built walls of solid stone. Once it was the site of Robcradle, an ancient Jrusteli city, and then it held the magnificent capital of the hero Pavis. Only thousands of acres of ruin and destruction now remain, full of robbers, outcasts, and inhuman monsters.” (Mike Blum illustrations for Big Rubble, boxed set of Runequest adventure guides by Greg Stafford, Steve Perrin, and many others, Chaosium, 1983)

Le Monocle Club was a lesbian club in Montmartre in Paris, which was a successful bar in the 1920’s and 1930’s. This painting is inspired by Le Monocle Club, and the photos were taken there, several by the great photographer Brassaï. The club owner, who is the only one who appears by themself (in the fourth photo), also appears as a bartender in some of the subsequent photos. The club was ultimately shut down by the Nazis during the German occupation of Paris, as a reprisal against queer lifestyles. The club was named after the early 20th century lesbian fashion for wearing monnocles, which acted as an advertisement of one’s queer sexuality. You can find this painting as a print in my etsy shop.
