Honey Honey! (Mamma Mia! 2008)

In the beginning of April I was feeling the blues, and the only thing that could cheer me up was rewatching the Mamma Mia movies on repeat!

They’re literally the definition of my kind of comfort movie! What can get better than Abba music and Greece combined?! 🥹❤️‍🩹

I began working on this piece back in April, bit as usual I always manage to start new projects to finish first, before actually finishing my already half completed projects! Oh well! At least it means I can finish and post a lot of stuff a shorter span of time!😅

I so want to make more Mamma Mia! fanart because I just love these movies so much!!! 🥹💕✨

Shrek 2 is unironically one my favorite movies, like… EVER. I love this movie so much, So I obviously had to make a Manuscript inspired by it! I just love how this turned out!

These are sooo fun to make! And as I finish more and more ones (I have so many in the making… Coming soon so stay tuned!) it’s so nice to see how they all interact with each other, and how nicely they improve the others!

The idea is that these are highly inspired by illuminated medieval manuscripts, as well as whimsical illustrated storybook pages!

Angel Cake Portrait 💫🍰🌿

I recently started rewatching the old Strawberry Shortcake series and it made me feel so nostalgic that I just had to make some fanart of it! I’m very much planning to make many more of these type of character portraits of the Strawberry Shortcake characters, but in my style, and with slightly different takes on the characters.

First up in this new series is Angel Cake!

Character design wise, I just love how the sleeves kind of look like piping/pastry bags for cake icing/frosting! It’s just so in theme for her character! She just looks so sweet! Almost as sweet as sugar (no pun intended!😅).

Lumina🦋🌙✨

Lumina isn’t my favorite character, but I do love her character design!!! I loved it so much I had to make two different backgrounds variations!

I definitely plan on making so many more fanarts of Barbie characters! 💙

Huge congratulations to the gold at the Olympics Alysa! you’re like, my new hero! Such an important inspiration for girls, both young and old! 🥹🫶

This was a much quicker project than my usual routine. Usually I can spend almost a week (or a couple weeks on a project, but this only took me 5 hours to finish!!! All in one day! I don’t know how that happened, but I guess I just decided to go with it, gave fun, and not overthink it so much!

I’m still so happy with how it turned out! And I just adore that pastel background too! 🥹

Stateside Mermaids🧜🏻‍♀️🐚✨

I had a itch, and I just had to create a mermaid version as well after ✨Stateside Fairies✨

This was soooo fun to make, I seriously love it so much!!! Seriously attempting to get back into working more either light and shadows is so challenging, but so rewarding when achieved! I’ve been so lazy (about it lately) but I feel like doing more things like it in the future!

Visually this so so fun to make. The whole Zara Larsson-dolphin meme-sunset aesthetic is just amazing. Totally my vibe as well!😍 I’m a born and raised island girl, so maybe that’s why!🤭🏝️✨
