You have reached peak womanhood when you finally decide you don't give a shit who someone is, if they don't want you as part of their life, their fucking loss. You want to discard me and forget about me? I know my value, as employee, teacher, friend, lover, and family member. My mental struggles barely plague me anymore, but when they occasionally do (and MILDLY) if they are an inconvenience for you instead of being able to display empathy, your loss. I myself am TOO empathetic and forgive too easily. But I won't ever apologize for that- for crying easily and for being too soft.

If my pain is a nuisance for you and you can't see my soul BLARING past it? It is your choice to not see it. It is your choice to tell me you don't want to deal with my depression and anxiety. And it takes a specific kind of cruelty to be like this. I have worked harder on maintaining and managing my own mental health for the past 25 years than I have ever worked on ANYTHING. I am the reason I am better. I am the reason I force myself. I am the reason I won't let it take me down. All the things I have done and tried would shock most people.

And I know there are plenty of people out there who will never treat me as an inconvenience...I have already found some of them in my fandom friends, and meet more all the time.

I am not broken, and I am not disposable.
