If you rub your stomach by the right hip bone, then up under the rib cage, then under the rib cage on the left and lastly the hip bone on your left, (the four corners of your large intestine) you can reduce bloating. I just tried it and my stomach doesn’t feel like it’s about to burst. It’s not a complete cure but lessens the worst of it, and now I hear my stomach going like things are moving again. Just thought I’d share.
I love Robin Buckley, I wish I was younger so I could’ve seen her character at 13/14. I really think that would’ve helped me a lot with accepting myself.

I’ve seen more people saying “Robin isn’t a good character anymore” and honestly it’s a bit sus because she’s showing more traits that elude to her being neurodivergent.
Whether she actually is canonically or not, I’ve seen enough neurodivergent people relate to her character more this season that disliking her for the traits they specifically relate to doesn’t sit right with me.

THESE types of posts really need to stop being made or spread. I have OCD and these are a massive trigger, because I physically cannot ignore them. I thought it was just a me thing for a while but then I posted a rant on my story on Instagram and so many other people with OCD (or even without) feel the same, and on top of that they just clog peoples feeds.
And it’s not not just the ones with consequences. Even the ones with rewards trigger it, because my brain automatically fills in the consequence. It’s effectively a simulation of OCD itself. You have to do something or something bad will happen.
This is becoming a serious issue and it’s really been affecting mine and others mental health. I don’t know if this will get anywhere but I’m trying to spread the message in the hopes that people understand.
EDIT: This goes for tiktok posts that ask you to ‘follow and copy link’ to lock in positive affirmations also!!! I don’t want to do that stuff, but I start freaking out with everything bad that’s going to happen to me if I don’t. Please spread this to stop people with anxiety, OCD and other mental health issues from suffering.

I take concerta (54 mg), I also tried Ritalin which didn’t work for me especially because I had to take it every few hours. I really hope you’ll find something that works for you soon! <3
