The way you glow through my blinds in the morning
It makes me feel like you missed me.
Kissing my forehead to help me out of bed.
Making me rub the sleepy from my eyes.
If it wasn't for you, I could sleep forever.

Last updated 2/8/26 (work in progress)
I'm a system of around 7 members with 2 littles(4-13yo). We, as a system, use both singular and plural pronouns, mostly they/them. Only one alter is posting on this account as the other little is non verbal.
we don't really label ourself, but we identify as aromantic and asexual. i identify as an angel with cat like behavior and features or the other way around.
We are autistic and have GAD, so sometimes it's hard for me to respond to messages or do other things regarding social interactions so please be patient.
We love helping other people, but sometimes it's hard for us.
I really love animals like love love love them! All of them! My favourite ones are cats of any kind, pigeons, shrimp and most importantly my beautiful French bulldog (*♡∀♡)
in my opinion your all perfect in your own special way , but I love that there's more 'unconventional' things aswell ! And they deserve just as much love as those littles that you see everywhere
To the littles that drink, smoke, or do drugs you are loved 🫶 it doesn't make you a bad little hon your allowed to be you even if it's not what other littles agree with
To the littles that are disabled, your loved! You guys are beautiful just the way you are and nobody should be mad at you because you need a little extra help !
To the littles that have anxiety, depression, or PTSD you are loved ! You guys have been through things that could be unimaginable, and you guys deserve all the love you want!
To the littles that arnt pink and frilly you are loved! Regression can be shown in many ways ! Horror movies and scary things dosnt make you a weird little it makes you unique. Regression didn't have to be pure, cutesy, and stuffies and dresses! It can be screaming and crying and messy and impure and that's okay ! Every type of regression is okay
To pet regressors and age dreamers YOU are lovedddd ! Y'all are loved just because your not in the mindset of a baby , you can be a little puppy and your a good one at that! (Aswell as anyyyy animals those are the first that came to my mind) And age dreamers are just as important! Your not any less beautiful than a regressor !
To padded regressors you are loved , just cuz you want or need them dosnt make you any less of a regressor your cute ! And beautiful or handsome if you so want to be called , your being you and that's okay! Your still a good regressor your just as important as any regressor
And to all the regressors I didn't mention you are loved 🫶 you deserve everything you want and more ! Your all very important and just as worthy as any other regressor out there !
Requested? Nope, just a little something to celebrate pride month 🌈
Author's Note: HAPPY PRIDE MONTH GUYS!! To all my fellow lgbtqia+ fellas, both who already came out and didn't, to those still figuring out their identity or already figured out everything! Remember, you are all so loved and so valid. <3

Hello little ones! feeling playful but aren't sure what to do? That's ok, sometimes playing sounds a lot easier than it feels, so i put together a little list of super fun, super easy things to do!
🖍﹒Stuffie passports: Line up whatever toys or stuffies you have and make them tiny passports with paper and pencils! you can even laminate them with tape if you want!
🧸﹒Sensory play: Try filling a bowl with water, add bubbles if you want, and find some watersafe things around the house! things like cotton balls, toys, paper shapes and sponges, see which ones float, which ones sink, or fill the sponge up with water an squeeze it out over the bowl, it can be a really nice texture!
🖍﹒Build a fort: it doesn't have to be fancy, just a few blankets, a few pillows and all your stuffed friends, bring a show you like and some snacks!
🧸﹒Simple crafts: make something silly like a sock puppet or if you can, get a blank bird house or fairy door to decorate, you can find them in most craft stores!
🖍﹒Old game consoles: playing on old consoles like game boys, DS's or old ipad games can be a great way to spend time while your regressed, especially for the little ones who have a hard time staying focused
🧸﹒Scavenger hunts: write a list of things you can find around your house- paper, pencils, stuffies ect, and go on a scavenger hunt to find them! count as many blue things you can see or collect every paper clip you can find!
🖍﹒Doodling: fill a page with doodles, whatever you think looks nice like a sky of stars, a field of flowers or all your favorite characters on one piece of paper!
🧸﹒Draw your own story: make a little comic of you and your stuffies on an adventure, where would you go? what would you do? who would you meet?
🖍﹒Make believe (if you can): if you feel up to it, try playing a game of make believe! it can be something simple like playing house with a few toys or setting up a little tea party on a blanket, what do you talk about? maybe one toy has a story they're itching to tell, or maybe another toy wants to hear about the show you just finished watching!
🧸﹒Remember that there is no "right way" to play. whatever feels fun to you, whatever makes you feel ok, do it. your way of playing is just as real as everyone else's.
Have fun my darling stars, and sweet dreams!

As someone who’s been both big-brained and little-minded at the same time, I learned a few things that helped me slip into full regression. So here’s a gentle, practical guide to help you too. 🍎🧃
1 — SAFE PLACE 🐾
You won’t be able to relax if you don’t feel safe. 🐞 Find a space where you can be yourself without any judgment (your room, a cozy corner, a garden) whatever feels calm. 🎼 Make it tidy, soft, and predictable! This place is the foundation for everything that follows.
BONUS : Try dim lights or a nightlight, a soft blanket, quiet or familiar sounds. 🐑⭐
2 — ACTIVITIES 💖
This is the fun part! Pick simple, sensory, or creative things that bring you joy. Here are ideas to start with:
– Put on calming or nostalgic music 🎧
– Draw or scribble with crayons 🖍
– Hum or sing little tunes 🎼
– Play tea party or have a picnic with stuffed animals 🧃🧸
– Read short, comforting stories or picture books 📚
– Move around — skip, run, wiggle — if you need to release energy 🏃♀️🏃♂️
– Try simple crafts like sewing or coloring 🪡
Do whatever feels soothing, no pressure to be “productive.”
3 — COMFORT OBJECT 🧸☁
Optional but powerful: choose a comfort item you use only when regressing. It could be:
– A stuffed animal or plushie 🧸
– A special hoodie or blanket ☁
–A small toy or soft pillow 🦄
It doesn’t have to be elaborate — it just has to feel safe and comforting to you.
4 — BOUNDARIES 🔒✨
Set boundaries with others (and yourself). Decide ahead who can join you, what’s allowed, and how long you’ll be in regression. When you come back to your “big” self, don't forget to take care of yourself : hydrate, snack, and do a grounding activity (deep breaths, list 5 things you can see).
🧸Stuffie CG, of whatever their little one's favorite animal is!
💭Sleepy little who wears pjs to match whatever their comfy CG is.
🦁Stuffie CG who never gets flat, no matter how much they are held and slept on by little one.
🍼Sleepy little who likes to pat their CGs tummy, like a big pillow, before lying their head down.
🦋Stuffie CG who is super duper big, and can swaddle tiny so much! Or, is so super tiny, so baby can take them wherever.
✨Sleepy little who can't nap well unless they're with CG, in their arms or their head on their CG.
🦊Stuffie CG who has soft little squeakers in their paws! Baby can play with them, until they doze right off.
🌙Sleepy little who knows all the facts about what their beloved CG is.
🐰Stuffie CG has a pocket on their tummy, to keep all of little one's safe things stored.
☁️Sleepy little who calls their CG "Teddy/Doggie/Foxie/whatever animal they are!"
🦕Stuffie CG who calls tiny, "tiny doll", "plushie", "carebear", and more!
💤Sleepy little who feels safest when wrapped in the comfy arms of their CG; nowhere else is softer, or safer.
Finished with this one! I hope the anon who requested likes it, and I love this one! You can imagine the CG as a real plushie, or as a person/type of CG, and I hope it's so comfy and nice for you all. Please enjoy! Dividers by @thecutestgrotto and @plusie.
i love autistic age regressors (and being one too)
• i love how echolalia turns into play (quoting shows, copying tones, animal noises, favorite words)🎧
• i love how stimming and regression blend together like for me oral stimming with a paci🍼
• i love how routines & sameness can become part of regression
• i love how sameness doesn’t feel boring it feels safe in age re🧸
• i love how we build very specific little setups exactly how we need them & that’s what lets us relax
• i love how regression can make the world feel more predictable when everything else feels too loud or confusing!!!🫠
• i love how special interests come into regression with us
• i love how we can play by lining things up, sorting, stacking, repeating & that is real play!
• i love how parallel play feels natural for us just existing near someone safely without pressure :) age re really allows for this even in online spaces🫂
• i love how our “little selves” aren’t always fully different from our big selves but i also love when they are
• i love how we can be extremely sensitive to many things and how regression can soften that intensity (sometimes at least… lol)
• i love how certain textures can instantly calm us
• i love how safe foods can become grounding rituals
• i love how our bodies show our feelings more
• i love how some of us need more support when regressed and some don’t & neither is “better” (this goes for not regressed too)🩷
• i love how regression can be the only time we feel fully unmasked 🎭
• and that it exists as a space where we don’t have to perform
• i love how trust means everything (who we regress around, who sees us like that)💖
• i love being an autistic age regressor!
• i love that even when i get overwhelmed i have a space in myself that at times feels gentler even with big upset feelings
• i love the autism spectrum and community♾️
• i love that i have seen so many of us in age re spaces
• i love us even though sometimes it’s the hardest thing to deal with!❤️🩹
April is Autism Acceptance Month and I just want to take a moment to talk about autistic age regression in a way that’s rooted in love. It’s not the same for everyone because autism is a spectrum and so is how we experience regression but that’s exactly the point! There’s no one “right” way to be autistic or to need comfort. I see you & I love you. 🥰 I know autism & regression aren’t always the easiest things to deal with but we’re still here, doing our best which is what matters. It’s okay to struggle!! We’ve got this even on the days it doesn’t feel like it. 🌈♾️
Believe me, I know it's not the same as having someone to help you - but sometimes we have to make do. 🤎 So let's discuss some ways that you can be your own caregiver.
🐾 Future You
Think about a 'near future you' and how you can give them an extra boost. Maybe it's you when you get home in the evening, or a week in advance, either way, spoil them!
Some examples:
- "Future me would be so happy to have a clean kitchen to cook in later."
- "Let's lay our favourite pyjamas out so future me can get a comfortable night's sleep."
- "It's getting late, I should go to bed so future me has lots of energy tomorrow."
Showing yourself love by putting in a little bit of extra effort can really help with motivation! Really take on the role of a doting parent if you're able.
🐾 Inner Monologue
Similar to Future You, the goal here is to separate your stream of consciousness (the part of you that makes choices), and the part of you that isn't feeling in control. Speak kindly in your mind, like you would to a child. Console them, encourage them, even over the little things.
Some examples:
- "Oh dear, I know you're tired but we need to get a shower. Let's get it done quickly and then you can rest."
- "Look at you go, brushing your teeth! We're going to feel so much better once we're freshened up."
- "This work is hard, isn't it? After it's done, we'll do something nice and relaxing."
- "Almost done. You're being really brave."
🐾 Show Your Inner Child Your Life
What would they love about your life? Your hobbies, your friends, the fact you still like their favourite band? See your world through the eyes of a child who would idolise a grownup like you, who never stopped being fun.
🐾 Let Your Inner Child Plan Your Day
Let them choose your outfit, activities and meals. Whatever that little voice decides, that's what you'll do.
🐾 What Would A Toddler Need?
At our core, we aren't much more complicated than we were when we were little. When children are in bad moods, we don't hold a grudge against them, we consider what might be making them so fussy. We never really grow out of that, even the strongest, toughest people in our lives get hangry or overwhelmed. If we're feeling burnt out, grumpy, or on the verge of tears - it might be time to ask what a toddler would need. Sometimes the most intense emotions can be fixed with some quiet time or a snack.
🐾 Reward Charts
Struggling to get something done? Make yourself a little reward chart and buy yourself stickers. Add prizes or rewards for milestones or streaks, and commit to treating yourself when you achieve them.
🐾 Making Time For Whimsy
I promise you it's good and important!! Plan adventures, arts and crafts, time with friends, movie nights, anything - and get excited! Always have something to look forward to if you can. If you look online, you're likely to find really fun events for cheap/free in your area, like pottery/painting classes and meet ups.
🐾 Other Suggestions:
- Plan to cook/order your favourite food when you know a day will be stressful
- Make a routine with yourself and stick to it. Maybe every Friday, you go for a walk or do a face mask and paint your nails!
- Be playful and gentle with others. Sometimes people just need to be reminded that it's okay to be silly and vulnerable.
