Today we were talking with a chef about the perfect table set 😉 . It is a simple yet complex topic. . Without discussing about specific dimensions I personally like to consider 5 basic shapes ... 2 flat plates (big for main course and small for fruit/dessert) and 3 bowls (big for salad/pasta, medium for soup/rice and small for sauces) . A table set might be necessary for a restaurant setup but in my house I just collect a mix of random pieces I like ... about you? .
