Some people think that Moana not having a villain is a bad thing

this is not the commom story of good vs evil

at least that’s the way I see it

Moana was really confused and hard working all the movie through, she has a lot of self doubts and an ocean to cross, a lava monters ahead and an ocean of bad

adding a villain would soffucate the poor girl and be pretty point less since evrywhere she goes is dangerous on it’s own

when people say Moana has no love story, I’m like, did you actually watch it?

it’s a story about finding your own identity and embracing who you are as an individual and as part of your community and extending that self-awareness to others and helping them find their true selves in return.

like do you know how many young people - especially young women - never find that kind of self-love?

After watching Kubo and the Two Strings, I realized how my memories of my 5 years in the States faded. I forgot all the saddest, the most messed up parts of my life and am left with the only memories in Kentucky. Those were the nicest time I have ever been in the States, the rest were nightmares every night. 

I left Vietnam for the States because I was mentally imbalanced and the peaceful days in Corydon got me back on my feet, at 40-50%. So as I was not 100% balanced I moved to another town for college pursuing a degree I didn’t know much because, you know, Asian parents don’t support their kids’ dreams unless it’s sure to make some money. 

I was “perished”. 

No day was a day of my life, I lived by trying to get through so I could go back home and die. Yes, I wanted to die. 

Now that I’m home for 5 years, my mental imbalance is reduced to 10-20%. I get depressed and uneasy and confused and upset and loss of sanity at least once a month. But the emotions go away quickly. My memories start to fade again. I’m left with few fragments of the times I felt the most peaceful. 

Memories are powerful. And I don’t have many. 

How will my future turn out? I wonder. My plan seems so fragile at times, I don’t see the light at the end. I don’t know why and how I can’t. 

Seriously, when can I leave this world?

PEOPLE HAVE BEEN STEALING MY ARTWORK AND MADE INTO PRODUCTS.

Pirating and plagiarism is not new in our field, and we can’t really stop them coming. What we can do is at least try and report them when we can! 

This Chinese brand has produced this particular washi tape using my art without licensing. It is technically illegal, but as we know a lot of people steal art to make profit for themselves. If they get reported with enough proves at least this product will get taken off the site.

I have raise the issue on my Chinese social media ‘weibo’, and I am now waiting to hear back from some professionals. 

So please if you have a moment, help me to report this seller on their international account on Aliexpress !

On another note, I have been trying to report them myself on Aliexpress, but it doensn’t seem to work. The site keeps telling me that the picture quality is not good enough when I am uploading the original artwork=3m per image. So if any of you worked out how to report this please help me!

UPDATE

This is a little while back. My work was stolen from this seller on Aliexpress. I have seen them selling it on TAOBAO (Chinese Ebay) too. I tried to report them but there was no use. I tried to seek help from the Chinese social media but no help either.

Yesterday I received a message from a girl on depop, she told me there was a shop that was selling this tape. I was not sure if the shop was managed by the same as the people who are selling on TAOBAO and Aliexpress so I reported the item and spread the word on my blogs.

It turned out the seller on depop didn’t know about the situation, she’d only bought the tape through Aliexpress. shes been very supportive and had removed the item on depop. I am really thankful of her understanding and ALL OF YOU GUYS who had helped me and being there for me. HUGS*

Arrested for not possessing a valid drivers license, held in custody because she couldn’t make bail, “failure to receive adequate medical attention” is the reason of her death. On April 26th she was in a car accident and instead of taking her to the hospital they detained her. Died last Tuesday in police custody in the Walker County Jail in Huntsville,Texas. The same jail that killed #SandraBland. No one knows, no one is talking about this, no cause of death has been given, and even her hometown had no idea she was dead.

If you have enough money to buy a fish and a tank and plastic stuff for it to play with, adopt an abandoned dog or cat instead. Or at least foster them. 

The only animals you should keep as pets should be dogs or cats, or both. 

No other should stay in human’s cave.
