Idk if you’re taking asks for the Vampires SMP x Batman thing, but I wanted to share the idea of joker kidnapping the NY trio and their various bat friends rushing to save them, only to find a bunch of shredded ropes and the joker with a bunch of…bite marks? And severe blood loss? Dick tries to bring it up inconspicuously to Drift the next time they see each other and she panics and goes “oh yeah, these vampire vigilantes swooped in and saved us”

Let the batfam be endlessly confused as to why there is another group of bat-themed heroes in Gotham

To be honest I completely forgot I had asks turned on (which is why I’m responding to this so late, I’m so sorry), but yes now that I remember them I absolutely take asks! I love talking about my and others ideas and yours was very fun to imagine!

Scott, Shelby and Drift are sitting in the usual café waiting for some of their new friends to arrive when the doors are suddenly kicked open and several people in masks rush in followed by a man in clown makeup, The Joker. It’s the first time any of them have seen the man and they immediately dislike him. “For today’s show we’ll need some volunteers!” Both patrons and employees are frozen. “No one? Guess I’ll pick then! Hmm. How about you three over there!” All of them bristled at the finger pointed their way and then tensed as the masked goons surrounded them, with so many people as witnesses there was nothing they could do but let themselves be led out the doors as The Joker whistled a merry tune.

After a long week of working on the case of the lead wiper the batkids have decided to take a break and meet with their new friends. As they walk to the café they slowly begin to relax, though there was still tension left in the air, The Joker had once again broken out of Arkham and it was only a matter of time before he tried something again. But today was a day of rest and nothing would stop tha- a loud laugh is heard through the streets, all screens show a smiling face. The Joker has attacked a café and kidnapped three civilians, three very familiar civilians currently tied upside down over the waters in Gotham harbour with weights strapped to them. The Joker monologues while the bats prepare and as the broadcast turns off they have narrowed down the signal. It’s time to save their friends.

The rope might have been a problem for a human but for the three vampires they were quite easy to remove. And as soon as the broadcast ends there is nothing stopping them from dealing with their captors. A slash from Shelby’s claws, a bite from Scott fangs, a snap as Drift breaks a bone. While they may not fight often anymore The Joker and his henchmen are still no match for the coven.

(While Scott had wanted to kill the man he had refrained from doing so, because while Abolish at this point must be long dead a promise is a promise).

As soon as Nightwing, Spoiler and Red Robin enter the final warehouse in their assigned area they immediately stop dead in their tracks as in the middle of the building there is a pile of unconscious henchmen and at the very top a clown covered in scratch marks, bites and and limbs pointing in all directions. Sitting next to said pile are the three captives no longer captured.

After checking over the people they definitely do not know for injuries and calling in transport for the villain they ask the question that had been clawing at them since they entered. What happened? And the answer they get confuses them even more. Vampire vigilantes. Vampire vigilantes swooped in and beat the crap out of the Joker before freeing them. This just got much more complicated.

(Vampire vigilantes was probably one of the worst cover stories they could have picked but it’s what they chose so now they’ve got to stick to it, this will definitely not cause any problems later).

(Somewhere in the distance you can hear one Abolish Veylocke putting his head in his hands and sighing loudly, this is going to be so much paperwork).

Bannerfall High School AU (BFHSAU) Plot

Two high school drama classes- the red class and the blue class (notorious for having a rivalry as old as the school), are tasked to work together to write and direct a play.

After failing miserably at getting along, one kid (Owain) ends up getting an idea.

What if they didn't need to?

What if the play was based off the rivalry instead?

And so, the Red Kingdom and the Blue Kingdom were created.

Bannerfall x Hermitcraft

It’s an extremely nice day on Hermitcraft. The weather has been pleasant and most Hermits are taking a break, working on smaller projects or just chatting with friends.

Of course it can’t last long as every player gets a ping from their communicator.

ᒅᔮ⍊╎ᒣ joined the game

Someone has joined the game. But everyone is already on Hermitcraft? And there are no scheduled visits for the day?

The Hermits are confused and after some discussion a group is sent to spawn since if someone did join that is where they would presumably be.

And find someone they do, because collapsed on the ground at spawn is a figure covered in a tattered and burnt cloak. And as they get closer they see it’s a blue slime, a badly injured one at that.

They’re extremely dehydrated, covered in scratches and severe burns and have a raging fever.

They’re moved to a nearby starter base and the more medically inclined hermits are called in to help, meanwhile the admins try to figure out how they got in, but with no luck. There are no clues of how they got in or of what happened to them to cause them to get in such a state, just a weird residue of something none of them can identify.

4C wakes up in a soft bed. Which doesn’t make any sense as the last thing he remembers is the pain of losing another part of his soul after losing to that puppet mimicking Nom (his friend, his brother, he misses Nom so much-) in that horrible place.

But here he is, laying in the softest bed he’s ever felt. It’s wrong. Is it another trick? Is the Rouge God trying to give him some kind of false hope just so they can destroy it?

He needs to get out of here. He needs to leave. He needs to get out of the cell. There is a window. He pulls his aching body out of the uncomfortably soft bed ripping something out of his arm in the process. He doesn’t notice.

He freezes at the window. Where is his cloak? He needs it. It’s hanging on a chair next to the bed. He trips getting it, but he has it now. It’s mended and washed. He doesn’t notice.

The window is easy to open, it’s not even locked. And it’s easy to climb down even though his legs shake and the fear of falling permeates his entire being. The drop is barely five blocks. He doesn’t notice.

His feet land on the soft ground, so different from the unforgiving bedrock. A cool breeze blows by, so different from the scalding air of hell. He doesn’t notice.

He needs to run. He needs to climb. He needs to find somewhere to hide. Someone yells out in the distance behind him. He needs to get away. They’ll kill him. He runs. They sound worried. He doesn’t notice.

It’s been several weeks now and no one has seen 4C. It’s common for him to disappear, but never for this long without telling anyone, and Katie says he’s missed several farkle Fridays now. They’ve searched all his hiding spots in both kingdoms. They’ve searched the surrounding wilderness, the arena, the tavern. Everywhere. He’s nowhere to be found. Nom has even threatened every single person in the Red kingdom. No one knows where he has gone.

It’s Mae who brings it up first, the 500 farkle games, the curse from the Rouge God. It was just a bad joke right? An excuse to play more games? But 4C had gotten more jumpy recently, running off randomly, playing even more games of farkle than even Nom, getting increasingly more distraught with every loss. And the last time anyone saw him was the day of his supposed deadline.

Was it actually true? And if so how were they going to get him back? How do you get someone back from a god? Can they even get him back?

The Rouge God has seen many things in their long life, but never has anything like this happened before. A soul that is their’s has disappeared. It is nowhere to be found. And they see all. They know all. Yet they do not know where this mortal has gone. They want him back. And they will get him back.

Some extra ideas I had!

The differences between Bannerfall and Hermitcraft leading to a lot of confusion and culture shock

The hermits being very impressed by 4C’s parkour and climbing skills (it’s very helpful for building)

4C giving the Hermits a heart attack by jumping off a building and bouncing (the other slime they know, Jevin, can not do that)

The non-human Hermits helping 4C with his issues about being a slime (Jevin especially helps with that)

4C being amazed by all the amazing and massive builds, fascinated and flabbergasted by the redstone contraptions and losing his mind over the gold farm (that is more gold than everyone in both kingdoms have combined times 1,000)

4C immediately breaking something or finding an exploit and the Hermits being delighted and/or playfully exasperated to his surprise and relief

4C losing parts of his soul messed up his player code and the Hermits try to find a way to fix it

4C eventually teaches the Hermits farkle (it becomes a widespread addiction(several people try to cheat(they have to ban all dice except those approved by Xisuma, chicken eggs, redstone anywhere near the farkle tables and many more things(the list is over 20 pages long)))

Vampires SMP x Batman

It’s unfortunately time for Scott, Shelby and Drift to move again as their neighbours have started to grow suspicious, so after some debate it’s settled that their next destination will be Gotham. It’s well known for being cloudy, perfect for beings hurt by the sun, and it’s also known for being weird so any slip ups (despite how rare they’ve become over the centuries) can easily be explained away and come on the gothic architecture is just perfect. Though the biggest reason, at least for Drift and Shelby, is the thing the city is most well known for, The Batman. ”He’s known as the greatest detective!”, ”He has to be some kind of Cryptid!”.

A week after moving Shelby finds herself in the Gotham public library looking though all the books they have about Gotham’s history and of course about everything supernatural, where she meets the head librarian and they get to talking about all kinds of literature. Shelby fully preoccupied by making a new friend stays much longer than she planned and as she walks home late a man tries to rob her but before she has to do anything drastic to defend herself he is swiftly stopped by a young man wearing a red jacket but unfortunately he disappears before Shelby can thank him. Fortunately the very next day she runs into him on the way to the library and manages to corner him. It begins badly but eventually she deploys the same tactic that worked with Barbra and starts talking about books which gets him to open up and they have a pleasant conversation about Jane Austen.

(Barbara is very fond of the new regular at the library, she’s very excitable and eager to learn and seems to also have been able to befriend Jason with her endearing chatter).

Scott’s found a wonderful little café and while he cannot eat the food he’s ordered he has thoroughly enjoyed listening in on all the different conversations happening, especially the one between the blonde young woman and the dark haired young man in the booth behind him. And as the conversation gets especially juicy he elegantly inserts himself into it and as his coffee gets cold he finds himself thoroughly enjoying the company of the two humans.

(Steph will not shut up about the guy she and Tim met at a coffee shop the other day ”He had bright white hair and these super cool coloured contacts!”).

Drift one day wanders across the place of the Riddler’s newest scheme and being a detective must at least take a look. Surprisingly there is already someone there and after accidentally scaring him they start talking about their theories about what happened which then leads to talking about the strangest cases they’ve seen when the guy reveals that he was an ex police officer.

(The detective Dick meets at the Riddler’s newest crime scene points out some things that they genuinely missed while investigating, he’s both very impressed by her and embarrassed that they missed it).

Drift and Shelby drag Scott into trying to find the elusive Bats while said Bats try their hardest keep their secret identities hidden from their new friends, even when the three somehow always manages to get into trouble. Meanwhile Scott, Drift and Shelby try to hide their vampire traits, like the fact that during all the time they’ve been together none of them have been seen actually eating anything (they’re running out of excuses to avoid a dinner at the manor).

Unfortunately some new friends isn’t the only thing new in Gotham, recently there has been more unrest than usual in the underground, something big is brewing in Gotham, but every single lead has gone suspiciously cold, like someone found it first and has purposefully wiped everything clean and it’s driving everyone insane. It’s been all hands on deck, Dick is staying in Gotham for the foreseeable future and Duke’s even been assigned some night patrols. One night though they hear about some commotion by the docks but by the time they arrive all they find are some goons that are out cold and tied up. Only one of them was able to give information about the person that had been taking their leads, ”It was like the shadows themselves were moving, the only thing I saw was a small flash of something silver and red, then next thing I knew me and all the others were tied up and I had the worst headache of my life”.

Cut to Abolish who recently got assigned a mission in Gotham, there has long been rumours that Gotham is home to an organisation that deals in immortality - The Court of Owls - but recently it seems they have started planning something big, something that has a connection to vampirism, and all previous agents sent there have disappeared, even the vampires. It’s now Abolish’s job to find out what has happened and deal with The Court while evading Batman and his allies and any rouge who may try to throw a wrench into his investigation. But of course it can never be that straightforward as a month after being assigned he spots Scott, Drift and Shelby hanging out with some of Bruce Wayne’s kids, the kids of the man he highly suspects to be Batman and who he suspects themselves are vigilantes. And that is when he realises that he really shouldn’t have expected a mission in Gotham to go as planned.
