From waking up early on Saturday mornings to catch the new episode, collecting cards, comics, toys, to drawing these characters regularly for my local comic store. Now I find myself thrilled to draw the X-Men again.

My Mystery Sketch pieces from Comic Art Live 2025 Comic Art Live 12 in November of 2025 afforded my first shot at participating in their Mystery Sketch event that provides a unique and fun opportunity for collectors to get convention style sketches from a randomly selected artist who will draw their SINGLE character of choice on a roughly 9x12" art board or on Comic Art Live Mystery Sketch Card stock. Spider-man and Mysterio I've drawn plenty of times, but Machine Man and Charizard were a first.
