this is a side blog and any follows/likes will come from my main blog, pomegranateuser.

this side blog was created in march 2026, after I started to get into f1 (specifically, started to support Charles) at the end for the 2025 season.

I’m going to ask my question under a read more because I’m gonna be explaining a lot and also if people don’t want to see it they don’t have too lol

so, at the start of the year I decided I needed to be more active because I used to do 0 exercise.

I did swimming a lot but mid May I got a minor surgery which meant I couldn’t swim for 6 weeks. then I went on holiday early June and I’ve basically not swam since!

I joined the gym but my question is… I actually don’t know what to do, lol. I’ve never been to the gym before and when I did it I was only on the treadmill.

I have a very specific goal in mind, it’s Selma Hayek in “from dusk till dawn” and I just need someone to tell me what equipment/exercises I should focus on.

It’s a self serve gym and I can’t afford a PT. I have an induction to see how the equipment works tomorrow but in terms of a workout plan idk what I’m doing.

I know you literally just go to the gym and you’re not an expert but if you have any ideas.
