Why is Genshin so scared of brown people? I don't expect the game to be accurate to the cultures the nations are inspired from, I get it's a fantasy world, but if they're going to take inspiration from Middle Eastern, Latin, and Indian countries, then would it kill them to make more characters from those region have some melanin. Lance slander will forever be so funny to me, it really goes to show how ignorant the Pokemon community can be sometimes when it comes to really doing research and using common sense

They like to call him a bird keeper since some of his Pokemon are in fact Flying-types, however, for those who have his New Years outfit in Pokemon Masters, there’s a literal voice line of him saying that not all dragons are Dragon-type Pokémon, there’s a reason why it’s canon that he’s known as a DRAGON MASTER

Don’t even get me started on those who genuinely think he ended the life of a man because of the Hyper Beam Lance did on the guy, if you walk up to the guy after Lance Hyper Beam’s him, he’s still alive, he’s just injured, HE’S NOT DEAD

The three Dragonite’s, while there’s no canon reason at least to my knowledge as to why he has three of them, why does it matter so much?? There are other Trainers who have multiple of the same Pokemon and no one says ANYTHING about them

And the Full Restores, it’s a Champion thing to do, minus Geeta, they all spam Full Restores because they’re supposed to be hard and pose a challenge to the player, it’s hypocritical because there are multiple players that spam Full Restores on themselves too, but when Lance does it it’s a problem??

And I’ve seen people make fun of the fact that his team can be easily taken out by Ice-type moves, ok? That’s because Pokemon have weaknesses?? That’s common sense in the Pokemon universe, every single Pokemon is weak to a different type

I’m a Lance defender till the day I die, it’s just common sense and research 😭
