-consume an insane amount of artificial sweetener. i like to make myself a strong coffee with a genuinely toecurling amount of sweetener. it's yummy AND will make you shit yourself. get some low$ sugar free candy and just eat the lot. if you're czech like me or live anywhere else where they might have these try Pändy Candy Fluffy Clouds gummies. 70$ per 50g pack and have 21.5g of fibre and only 1g of sugar.
-speaking of coffee, well, coffee. or more broadly, caffeine
-nicotine pouches. i only suggest you do this if you're a smoker and you've got a tolerance for nicotine already. otherwise YOU WILL HURL and feel like youre gonna ⚰️ ⚰️ . this works like a charm for me though
-blueberries! raspberries! in general low$ high fibre fruits! i find fruits work better for this purpose, at least for me, than vegetables do, thanks to the sugar content of my fruits of choice. someone said pears and apples work but for me they just make my stomach hurt :/
-stool softeners! never tried these but they are much better for you than if you were to take la><at¡v3s on the regular. avoid la><at¡v3s in general tbh if you're |三D'd
-multiple |三D support organizations offer anonymous advice, or at least the major one (anabel) in my country does. so if you've got some other health issues you'd like to talk about with someone who knows how to handle |三Ds, don't be afraid to look to these resources just in general
-unrelated to the post but PLEASE BUY SOME VITAMIN/MINERAL SUPPLEMENTS to minimalise the long-term damage you are already undoubtedly doing to your body. zinc, vitamin d, copper, selenium, iron, b vitamins, CALCIUM TO AVOID ANY FURTHER DAMAGE TO YOUR BONE DENSITY. if you P on the regular buy some electrolytes. coconut water is quite rich in electrolytes and also apparently does help some people poop (not me tbh)
-drink enough water. i know it can be hard because it can make you feel really big but PLEASE.
