weather's seeming to clear for me so here's something I drew recently since it's June.

It is hard being a fungus in a world of only plants and animals, so I find it hard to celebrate a part of me that often feels so troubled. I often celebrate for others, but not often for myself.

But as someone who is AroAce, I feel quite proud about that. The only kind of attraction I really feel towards people is platonic, the one where I just want to get to know someone better as a friend. The kind where I want to share my interests to someone, talk to them, be there for them, hang out with them, etc. There's something very happy about that. Platonic crushes are even called squishes!

As turbulent as the world will always be, there will be something that can bring a little smile to your face. Give yourself more reasons to smile than reasons to frown.

YESSS I've seen that! :D I've seen the entire four-episode little series they did and I quite thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. As someone who can be a bit hit or miss with stories about the twins sometimes, and maybe a little starved for content (LOL), I very much enjoyed watching through it!

I remember as soon as Cornwall was mentioned in that episode I had a sneaking suspicion I knew where it was going, but it was a wonderful surprise nonetheless! ^^ It was a delight to see all four of them together hehe I won't spoil anything further from it in case any of y'all haven't seen the series before, but I highly recommend checking it out!

Here's a link to the first episode! The rest can be found on a playlist on their channel for their "Endless Railway Series", but in order there's "William and Benjamin", "The Two-Faced Race", "Heroes of The Quarry" and, ofc "Bill and Ben's Excellent Adventure" ^^

A short story/poem where Ryan, affected by his sibling's deaths, believes that to avenge them, he should scrap the engines of sodor.

I wrote this short story as a sort of pilot. If the idea gets enough traction, I may start writing it fully.

Alas, it's too late. They got em. Poor Oliver is now another victim of the bees. 😔 /silly Don't worry, I'm sure they're gonna bring him back... eventually... maybe they just want to hear all about his little 'escape'?? ;P On that note, it never ceases to amuse me seeing just how tiny the bees really are. Like, I honestly feel neither the TV show models or CGI eras truly do it justice, but you look at Judy there and she's literally half the size of that Autotank!! x'D The bees being roughly only half as tall as Oliver of all engines is so funny to me. I knew they (and their basis ofc) were fairly small and short, but it's only when you see the IRL basis against another engine that you truly realize, oh, they are TINY tiny!! xD (Let alone the frickin rollingstock like... my goodness xD I love that so much for them, they truly are tiny terrors-) Genuinely didn't think I'd have it in me to doodle more silly antics, but here I am! xD Thank you for sending this in! This is such a delightful picture I love it sm (And ty for the art idea too, ofc ;P hehe)

AHHHH faceless bees!! Everyone look away!! x'D /j /silly Thank you for bestowing bees (ft BoCo) upon me, you know I'm a big enjoyer of any bee content hehe. And seeing behind the scenes stuff is (albeit slightly cursed LOL) pretty fascinating too!! In fact, I got a silly lil idea looking at this and just HAD to do a quick-ish doodle of it 😂

Something tells me BoCo might've had a nightmare like this once... LOL Poor BoCo, he really can't escape their shenanigans, can he? xD Awake or asleep, he always ends up besieged by them LKASHGAS /lh Don't worry though, I'm sure he's fine... probably... LOL Thank you very much for the ask! <3 And sorry for a lack of art lately, been struggling to draw as of late but I much appreciate any sort of opportunity for potential bee shenanigans xD Hopefully more towards the end of the month into next month I can be more active again <3 But I hope y'all can enjoy this silly doodle in the meantime! ^^
