Moving Chinchiro to her own blog, same URL

“ Why. Are there so many… tiny… lost children… ”
"I do not know. Are you lost too?"
Chinchiro is up in a tree, fish in mouth. Feathers are all over her.
What is something you want to see happen to my muse?
The worse the explanation, the better.
Chinchiro is scratching at the bandages over her right eye. “Hmmm...” She groaned slightly.
chiromutt:
After a moment of thinking, Chinchiro took Midnight’s hand. Comfier leaves would be nice. Maybe from food.
“What’s that blue thing?” She had to ask as she was lead out.
As they walk out of the cave, Midnight casts a nervous side glance to the child. She feels her grip on her hand tighten only a little, glancing back to the forest ahead with a little bit of sweat on her brow. The crystal kept pulsing at a constant pace, almost trying to respond to Chiro in it’s own way. Ares.
“It’s…a long story, kid. Uh, in short, it helps me sort of…uhm?” God, how does she explain minor time setbacks to a little child. And Possession. And all the other horrible stuff. Midnight lets her ears fall to her skull, shrugging off her thoughts non-clamantly. “Like, I can at least see better with them…and my speed is better and I can react better–like a second set of senses.”
“Ah. A power crystal.” Chiro just took it at Midnight’s word, following along like an obedient young girl. Still, she was looking around, listening to the forest. “My name is Chinchiro.”
Warden stares at the small child. He's crouched down to try and seem less threatening. He reaches out with his left hand and gently pats her head "S- Small."
"Big." She responded, not moving as she was headpat. And then, "I am Chinchiro."
chiromutt:
“But I am tired.” Chiro sat up again, looking a touch annoyed.
Still, she stood all the way up, looking around at the trees. “Oh. This is not my cave.”
Midnight nods, bowing down to meet Chiro’s one eyed gaze. Despite her best efforts to stay calm, the instinct to protect was stronger than her will to scold a child for sleeping in the open. Maybe it’s one in the same…?
Well, either way, being in the cave of Ares, she was probably more antsy than normal…especially with the crystal on her chest emitting a small pulse of blue light.
“…Please, I know a place where there’s a comfortable pile of leaves for you to sleep. I’m sure the…uh, floor is very comfy, but not here!”
And with that, Midnight will gently offer her hand out, her wolfen ears flicking downwards.
After a moment of thinking, Chinchiro took Midnight’s hand. Comfier leaves would be nice. Maybe from food.
“What’s that blue thing?” She had to ask as she was lead out.
chiromutt:
“Hm.” More looking. She’s climbing up stuff like a tiny gremlin. Like, she seems weirdly good at it. “Do you eat anything other than Energon?”
“–you guys can eat basically anything?” That was about as good a response as Chiro would be getting.- The ‘Con didn’t have any audio that strictly stated that he could use any organic/electrical material as fuel, so he was at a loss. There was no way he would be using his actual voice, either.
The cap reappeared on Soundwave’s cube as he placed it to the side of his desk.
“Humans can’t eat a lot of things.- There’s plenty that’s poisonous to us-” He cut the recording off. “Are- you- human?”
“Hmmm.” Chiro actually hadn’t thought about it. There had been people she had met that looked human but might not be human. So, was she human?
“I think I’m human.” Was her only response.
Chinchiro looks up from her fishing. There’s a lot of howling out there.
“Awooooo.”
chiromutt:
“Oh. Okay.” Chiro looked away to examine the room, quiet. Then, without even attempting eye contact, she said, “I’m Chinchiro.”
Not that there was much eye contact to be made. He turned back towards his desk, taking a sip of the Energon cube with one of his open-ended tendrils before he started typing on the keyboard. He had to get this one away from the Nemesis.
“Soundwave.” What else was he supposed to say? This one was even younger than that other visitor…
“Hm.” More looking. She’s climbing up stuff like a tiny gremlin. Like, she seems weirdly good at it. “Do you eat anything other than Energon?”
chiromutt:
“I don’t know.” She moved over to some green outfits and started touching them, actually avoiding the textures she didn’t like. Eventually, she did get something down, a simple light green sundress. But obviously way too big for her.
“That’s a nice one,” he beamed. “Would you like it in a different size? I think that would look good on you. it’s definitely a place to start.”
She shook her head no, then instead went to a denim dress. And then, Chiro scurried off to the fitting room. When she came out wearing it, it seemed to be missing something. “Hmmmm.”
chiromutt:
“I was exploring. I got on a tree and jumped up here.” She tilted her head at the cube, obvious curious about the taste herself. “Can I try it?”
Cue the Cybertronian pulling the cube closer to himself. This organic jumped up here? That– that was impossible for an ordinary organic. There was no way. No. Way.
A giant red ‘x’ appeared on his screen, another trying to tell the child no. Even if she got up here, there was a chance that she would die if she drank Energon… So no, he would not be giving it to her.
“Oh. Okay.” Chiro looked away to examine the room, quiet. Then, without even attempting eye contact, she said, “I’m Chinchiro.”
chiromutt:

“Oh.” More staring from her one eye, and then another question. “What do you eat?”
The thought process behind that was ‘if they have a mouth, they must be able to eat.’
As if to answer, he pulled a cube from a nearby ‘desk’- which had glowing blue grates on each side, and it hissed as the lid- which never appeared- seemed to disappear into the sides.
“–Energon!!” Megatron’s voice, mostly him screaming it. “Valma says it tastes like blueberries and grapes.” He was grateful for that audio clip, at least. “Why are you here?” For that matter, how did the organic get here.
“I was exploring. I got on a tree and jumped up here.” She tilted her head at the cube, obvious curious about the taste herself. “Can I try it?”
chiromutt:
“Oh?” Chinchiro yawned, sitting up and rubbing at her eyes. Then she looked up. “It is still night time.” She stated, rather plainly.
“Good night.” Then she laid right back down, like she wasn’t in any danger in the middle of the woods.
“N-No…?”
Midnight raised a silent eyebrow as she gazes upon the child, and in a state of renewed determination, she begins poking Chinchiro again. Gods, for all she knows, they could be attacked at any given moment.
“Kid…! Kid! Get up!”
“But I am tired.” Chiro sat up again, looking a touch annoyed.
Still, she stood all the way up, looking around at the trees. “Oh. This is not my cave.”
randomeeveelutions:
Pointed ears fell forward as she breathes a chilly sigh of relief. Getting a face full of pavement wasn’t very fun, and she expected the kid to have some scratches on her after the adrenaline of nearly getting hit by a car wears off.
For now though, she’s fine with their calm demeanor.
“Oh- Yeah, I suppose I am!” Rind smiled at that. Keen observation on this one! “Being an Ice-Type really helps with the temperature being so warm today!”
A few civilians began to crowd around them- Not to check if anyone was okay, mind you. They amble over to the crosswalk, waiting for the little light to turn green. Hopefully none of them would get squashed, but she could care less about them.
“C’mon, lets relocate. You don’t wanna sit here too long, anyways!” The Glaceon gently nudged the kid, urging them to stand. “Lotsa little pieces of glass and nasty road bits you don’t want in ya! It ain’t a fun time, no sir!”
A simple nod and Chinchiro stood up, brushing off debris and stuff. While there had been some scratches, they seemed healed up already and any bleeding had stopped.
Soon enough, she was following the Glaceon... though she kept poking Rind’s tail.
