So I started this book last year and I fell off due to perSonal reasons but I finally pick it back up in January and I am Sooo glad I did because wow.

My mind is absolutely blown away.

It's So much more darker and grimer than the 1994 movie(still haven’t seen the show so don’t tell me lol)

The homoeroticism

The angst

The uneasy

The drama

The toxicity

Absolutely amazing

It is a bit taxing but it's still so good.

It’s definitely a product of its time and there are some things that are a bit uncomfortable but it’s still so good.

Jennifer’s Body was never for the boys

I always get the biggest chuckle whenever I hear men talk about Jennifer’s Body and talk about how they thought it was stupid and blah blah blah

Do they not realize it was never for you?

Movies like Jennifer’s Body are never for the heterosexual boys.

So it always puzzles me whenever I see straight boys watch movies like Jennifer’s Body because I just know they only watching it because they know they’ll hate it but they only watch it because it can one of 2 things:

1. They are probably watching it with their partner

2. They are only watching it to make a red pill incel video about and rant and complain about how “wokeness,” or “modern feminism,”

This is why we love movies like Jennifer’s Body.

They are ahead of their time and are iconic for women empowerment of taking it back and being proud and comfortable with our sexuality.

That is why men hate movies like Jennifer’s Body.

Because it’s empowering and they are scared.

Jennifer’s Body was never for the boys.

It was for the girls gays and theys

That’s it.

Straight cis boys are not the target audience.

We are.

And that is another reason why men hate it, because they can’t stand not having things they have in movies and as soon as women get a movie with a female character that is a lead or an evil antagonist and is realistic and relatable, they throw a hissy fit
