I’m sure that it would do really well if you published something like that! I’d definitely read it! There are a lot of people in the world that enjoy tea, so a lot of people are open for opinions on different teas and their taste. I really hope that you will be able to follow through with something like that because that would be a major accomplishment! Many people say they’re going to do something great, but then they give up at the beginning or in the middle of their work and never finish! [ ; hopefully she was able to give the other female some inspiration to do a project such as this and follow through; it would be interesting to see it accomplished. junhee nodded her head again in response, smiling as she talks. ] Mmhm! They’ve been with the Ministry for a long, long time. That’s why I said that I would have to be careful and be sure to register! [ ; a quiet giggle escapes from her. ] I don’t want to be turned in by my own parents! That would be awful! I think I would actually cry! [ ; more giggling follows as she watches choa’s finger wagging at her. ] Well, thank you! I’m sure I can, too! I’m already in the right direction, I think! [ ; after nodding firmly, she immediately shakes her head at the hufflepuff. ] No, no! I have a lot! You can have some! After this, I’ll go get you some, okay? [ ; the brunette blinks a few times at the name of the next book. ] That’s actually one book I haven’t read yet but I’ve been meaning to. I’ve heard about it so much, but I just keep putting it off! I guess I should read it soon! [ ; perking up at the mention of liking to learn german, she leans forward with a rather sunny expression. ] I could always teach you some German! But of course, that’s if you’d like me to do that!

Ah, I'll definitely start work on it, hopefully people will like it! {` while it's true that many people love tea, her included of course, this is the first time such an idea has ever entered her head, but choa seems rather excited about it. with a giggle, she juts her bottom lip in another pout and pokes her fingertips against her own cheeks, making a cute gesture to the younger girl before admitting softly} Sometimes I start things without finishing them... {` a pause, then she adds} Okay, I usually start things without finishing them. But! I'll try to stick to this one, yes? You can help me stay motivated, just yell at me if I haven't done my tea review for the day! {` she's positive that with some encouragement and tough love she can do it, so she claps her hands together happily while her eyes scrunch into half moon shapes} Oh wow, having both parents working at the Ministry, that's really cool though! Do you plan to work at the Ministry as well when you're older? {` her head tips to one side and she blinks in curiosity, though she's distracted from her question as the girl speaks of getting turned in by her own parents, the infectious laughter coming from junhee sending the older into another fit of giggles as well} That would be pretty terrible, so let's make sure you don't get turned in! {` as she settles down from her giggling, she reaches for her tea and lifts it to her lips, taking a sip before simply tipping the cup upwards and downing the last of the liquid in one go, setting her empty teacup down after she'd drained it of its contents} Are you sure? I really don't want to take it from you if you use it a lot... {` she trails off, looking uncertain, though she smiles again after a moment} You can borrow my copy of Pride and Prejudice if you want! Keep it as long as you'd like, you'll love it, I know it. {` leaning forward then as the younger girl does, she widens her eyes a bit and smiles brighter at the offer, giving an eager nod} I would like that a lot! I wish I could teach you something in return, but all I really know how to do is cook and bake...

Oh! You should do it then! It would be a lot of fun to see how far you can progress! But that’s a good idea, too, with a review on the taste. You could even publish it or something if you fill it out enough. [ ; she shrugged her shoulders slightly at the thought, maybe giving the other a bit of an incentive to do something like that. being published gives people that one thing that will last with them past death, so of course people want to make a mark somehow. her thoughts are soon interrupted by choa’s question. ] Mmhm! My dad told me that I need to register once I can get proper control of it. Of course, there are those that aren’t registered, but you really can get in a lot of trouble with that and considering both of my parents work for the Improper Use of Magic Office, I don’t think I’d get away from registering. [ ; she grins at the older. ] It’s hard but the transforming part isn’t what’s difficult. It’s just channeling the form, if you can understand what I’m getting at. [ ; she blinks a few times. ] I guess it’s just like casting a patronus, but… more physical. But yes, I’m really good at scaring myself. [ ; a loud snort erupts from her before she hides her face, not meaning to make that noise at all. she casts it aside with laughter before putting her hands down. ] Mm, I could put some of the shampoo I have into a small container and let you use that if you wanted to try it out for yourself. Or actually, I have three bottles with me, so you could have the third one. [ ; she offers, a smile still present on her lips before they form into a ‘o’ shape upon hearing the number of times she had read the book. ] Fifth time? I’d hope that it would be one of your favorites! And I wouldn’t expect you to read it in German if you can’t speak it~
Yes! Oh, there's an idea, publishing it! {` eyes going wide, she rests both hands on the tabletop as if bracing herself from a sudden surge of excitement, and soon enough she's bouncing in her seat a bit with a giggle} "The Tea Lover's Bible" I'd call it, I think... and it will have reviews of every tea you can think of! So people can read it and make lists of kinds they want to try for themselves. {` while fame and fortune isn't something choa has ever gone out of her way to achieve, she's still thrilled by this plan, the idea of getting published for one of her projects too good to resist. and who knows, she may even stick to this one and complete it. clasping her hands together now, resting them under her chin, a wide smile stretches across her face as she stares across the table at the younger girl, though soon she's blinking and nodding along as juniel speaks up} Your parents work with the Ministry? Oh! No wonder you want to follow the rules so closely. Yes, definitely get registered once you figure it out! No law-breaking. {` she scolds playfully, wagging a stern finger before she reaches for another cookie and brings it to her lips, humming delightedly as she nibbles on one side of it and continues nodding along with the girl's explanation of how it would work, becoming an animagus. it still sounds more complicated than what she can handle, but she gives an encouraging smile to the other hufflepuff, setting her half-eaten cookie down} You sound like you know a lot about it though! You'll get the hang of it soon, I just know it. {` it's when juniel snorts suddenly that choa loses her composure and a peal of laughter leaves her lips, covering her own mouth to stifle her giggles, though it's a short-lived laughing fit as she's soon waving her hands a bit at the following offer} Oh! You really don't have to do that, sweetie! It's fine! {` looking back down at her book, she finds herself letting out yet another giggle, nodding} I re-read books that I love, I can't help it. I read Pride and Prejudice every year. {` biting her lip, she adds} I'd like to learn German, I think. I don't speak any languages except English...

You said you were good at following recipes… why don’t you think about a potion as a recipe? It basically is one… { `/ he hums quietly, rolling up his scroll of parchment } … I mean, it’s… it’s just like a recipe. If you get one thing wrong, then it doesn’t come out as well…
That's true. {` she agrees with a nod, following suit with rolling up her parchment. tucking it safely into her bag before returning her quill as well, she looks over to the other again with a grateful smile, reaching out to lightly pat his shoulder} I'll try that, thinking of it more like a recipe. In the end, I may just not be very smart though, but it's not a bad thing. I get okay enough grades, and school isn't everything to me. {` it sounds almost as though she's a slacker, but she really isn't, she puts forth as much effort as she can, she just also knows when to be realistic about her shortcomings} Anyway! Speaking of recipes, I owe you so much for helping me. What's your favorite sweet? I'll bake you something!

Mmhm! I didn’t think she’d keep it up so long. That’s a lot of tea to go through! There’s just so much tea in the world. It’s impressive! [ ; she nods once before stopping to nod a few more times. ] Yup! I’ve been trying hard to be one, but it’s really a lot of work! I didn’t know that there was so much to it. [ ; she taps her index finger against the pages of the text. ] There’s so much to read and know! It’s great! [ ; she beams, always excited to learn more about things and of course, read until her heart’s content. ] I’m sure you could do it if you put your mind to it! Plus, you like to read, too, don’t you? [ ; junhee points to the other student’s book, trying to prove a point. she then waves her hands dismissively in front of her at the sudden apology. ] No, no! There’s no such thing as too many questions! I’m actually trying to turn into a dog, but it actually turns more into some kind of demonic looking thing from time to time which is odd. Like I said before, I scare myself. [ ; she puffs her cheeks out, shaking her head slightly. ] Berries are really tasty and they all smell nice, so I can see why it’d be someone’s favorite! But, yes! It makes it really soft and smell nice, so I like to use it. [ ; she blinks a few times, waiting for choa to finish her cookie, grabbing one in the meantime and this time actually nibbling on it instead of just pushing it past her lips as if she was starving or something along those lines. once the other speaks again, her eyes light up and she begins nodding. ] Mmhm! I know that book! My dad actually got me it but it’s in German; Die Brautprinzessin. I have the English one, too, so I read both of them. They’re still the same. [ ; she chuckles softly. ]
Now I want to start a tea journal... you know, do the different-tea-everyday challenge but catalog each one. Write down the type I had that day, a review of what it tasted like, stuff like that... try to make a list of every tea in the world! That could take years, but it'd be fun... {` already, her mind is buzzing with plans she wouldn't be able to stick to. she has a habit of getting eager to do something new, then never finishing anything she starts, but at the time her enthusiasm is a force to be reckoned with, so no one really reminds her of her flaky nature} Don't you have to legally be registered as an animagus once you become one? {` she inquires, back on this topic as junhee gushes about her studies, the smile on her face only widening as she watches the younger girl show such passion for learning. it makes her feel proud, almost, as many young students don't put so much dedication into education} I imagine it's very hard, but if you keep practicing, you can do it! {` nodding when asked if she likes to read, she runs her fingers across the page lovingly. she does like to read, but usually muggle fiction, admittedly she's not as dedicated to school as she should be. she tries her best, but it's never quite good enough} A demonic looking thing? {` her eyes grow wide at this, and she brings both hands up to cover her mouth and attempt to stifle her laughter, but a fit of giggles escape anyway} No wonder you scare yourself, that sounds scary! But I'm sure once you get the hang of it, you'll make a wonderful dog. {` with a nod, she reaches for her tea once again and sips it, though her nodding becomes more vigorous as the other girl talks about her love for berries} They're wonderful, I also love blueberries. I'll have to look for strawberry shampoo, that sounds like it's exactly the kind of thing I'd use. {` perking up as the girl recognizes the book she speaks of, she lets out a soft squeal and claps her hands together, another giggle slipping past her lips} It's one of my favorite books, I'm actually re-reading it for like the fifth time. I've never read it in German, though... I don't speak the language.
Slow Your Roll | Choa & Hoya
(’ Hoya bites the inside of his cheek as he stands in front of the kitchen countertop. He looks around to observe the others who are already lost in their work …) Ummm … (’ He’s at a loss at what tool to touch first, what ingredients he should grab. As he scratches his head, he takes another look at the recipe of the day - “chocolate chip cookies” - written in messy chalk on the blackboard. He reads the first instruction out loud. ) So you … grab 1/2 a cup of butter and place it into the bowl of batter. (’ His tone announces his lack of confidence - but he gets to work. He rolls up his sleeves and grabs for a mug to put the butter in. ) Half a cup … (’ he sticks his tongue out as he focuses. Too bad he misses the measuring cup to the left of him and continues on his tragic baking descent. )
{` already, choa has a decent batter mixed for her cookies, humming happily to herself as she carefully spoons out perfectly-sized dollops onto the baking pan set in front of her. baking is second nature to her, and cookies are her specialty right after cake, so her attention never once settles on the recipe the other students are following, choosing to work from memory. once she's divided the dough into even spoonfuls and put the cookies on to bake, she couldn't help but notice one of the other students struggling a bit in the beginning stages, so she makes her way over to the gryffindor boy. tapping his shoulder, she leans over his work station to peer at what he's doing, her head tilting to one side before she glances up at him and blinks her orbs a few times} Hello, sweetie, whatcha doing here? {` it almost sounds as though she's talking to a child, but she means no condescension with it} Do you need some help?

Rain stands up, slipping his hands into the slits of his pea coat as he waits. He thumbs out a cigarette from his back pocket then holds out the lighter, posing himself for a smoke. As he paused, a timid voice starts making its way. She was the sister, Rain figures, then he turns to face the hue.
He quickly brings the unlit stick into his pocket, then goes on to watch the unfamiliar woman scolding the boy, it’s cute. Rain’s lips quirk up into a smile. Sister— he has always wanted one of those. Someone to care for you, scold you when you’re out, someone to be there.
Rain blinks, wondering why the girl knows him, although the word before his name when she addressed him was a sign that she’s a student. He drops his head— some kind of a slight apology for being there. He doesn’t respond right after and instead, scoots down to the little boy “never thought that your sister is a student in Hogwarts” he chuckles, then stands up again to finally face the other
"hi" he responds, that is all of what he wants to say that time. Then he continues "your brother’s a charmer now isn’t he?" he looks at the younger boy, then gives off a slight laugh. He likes the way the boy’s innocence shine against the sunlight.
Feeling more at ease with the knowledge that the stranger speaking to her youngest sibling was a professor she was somewhat familiar with, Choa relaxed considerably, though she still placed a hand on the young boy's shoulder and gave an affectionate squeeze while she watched the man before them. The last thing she expected was to run into one of her professors away from school, though of course she knew they lived their own lives and could go wherever they pleased.
"Hello," she responded first to the greeting, before a warm smile spread across her face at the next words to leave the other's mouth, glancing down at Darby who was watching them both with large, curious child's eyes. "Yes, he's very charming. He'll be a real lady killer when he grows up. Isn't that right, Darbs?" When her brother responds with a disgusted expression, she can't resist giggling, ruffling his hair lovingly.
"You probably don't know me," she went on to add, looking up at Rain while cocking her head to on side. She didn't have much of a presence in classes, she was an average student and spent more time fussing over the younger students than she did trying to appeal to her professors. "I'm Choa, seventh year Hufflepuff?" She doubted it would ring a bell, but it was worth the mini introduction, as he seemed mildly confused by her existence.
Looking down at her little brother once more, she nudged him towards the house, instructing dutifully, "Go tell the others to wash up, I'm making dinner when I come in." Watching him scurry his way indoors, she let out another giggle before turning herself back in Rain's direction, quick to remember her manners. "Professor, would you like to come inside? Join us for dinner, or just have some tea? Or do you have somewhere to be?"

C-choa noonaaaa! [ –he almost chokes up the name as his body jolted at the sight of the little blonde under him and immediately flies to press himself against the tree trunk, fearing for his poor dear life as Choa raps on the tree – he’s almost sure her sheer strength of willpower and fierceness can strike the tree down ] W-what are you doing here? How do you know I’m here? [ –his voice hitched up as he stares down at her, the scowl on her face making him gulp three times. One for his fear, two for his fear and three also for his fear. Choa has been a mother figure to him and more often than not, she’s just as bad as her own mother. ] I was just [ –he tries his word but swallows it back down with a squeeze of his eyes ] just uhm…
{` the sight of yoongi cowering at her presence inspires multiple emotions within her; mostly guilt for making him so frightened mixed with amusement at seeing a boy not that much younger genuinely terrified her, but she couldn't let either of those feelings get her out of motherly mode, her stern expression unchanging as she rests her hands on her hips and stares up at him from his spot on the branch, all but hugging the tree's trunk to avoid falling} Do you even realize how high up you are? I could see you from across the grounds, practically! Now get down from there before you get hurt, I'm not going to tell you again! {` raising both arms, she gestures wildly at the hufflepuff, before daring to draw out her wand and point it at him. she would never use magic to harm anyone, especially not yoongi, but threatening to would hopefully get her point across}

{ `/ glances up at her with a small smile, pausing in his scribbling for just a moment as he focuses his attention on her, shaking his head slightly in response as he straightened from where he had nearly finished his essay, yawning slightly } It’s not that bad. Potions is really just following instructions to the dot, there is no luck involved. { `/ has always found Potions rather easy — maybe that’s why it’s one of his favorite subjects, but who really knew? quietly, he turns his attention back to the essay, his eyes narrowing back to his paper as he finishes writing the last half inch, straightening up with a sigh, shaking out his hand } Are you doing okay?
It's weird... {` she muses quietly, running her free hand along the feathery edges of her quill while staring at her unfinished essay, lifting her gaze after a moment to blink at the boy seated across from her} When it boils down to it, it should be easy... like you said, it's only following instructions. It's like following a recipe, almost! And I'm good at doing that! But with Potions class, I'm just sort of... a failure. {` jutting out her bottom lip in a pout, she exhales a huff of air and goes back to her assignment after her little complaint, managing to finish it up a few minutes after he completes his own, her smile at last returning as she skims over the completed work to check for errors} I think I'm done, actually!

She’s only been going at it since January, I believe. So far, she hasn’t had any doubles so there’s a lot of different kinds of tea! I was just joking around with her about doing something like that, but she took it seriously! [ ; she shakes her head a bit, a light chuckle passing her lips before stuffing another cookie in her mouth, chewing away before swallowing it to answer. ] It’s, um… It helps with animagus. I’ve been trying to do it right, but I can’t seem to control it right, if that makes sense. [ ; she purses her lips. ] I keep scaring myself. Es ist schrecklich. I mean, terrible. So, that’s why I’m glad this book was just laying around at home. I don’t want to keep becoming some terrifying creature. [ ; she smiles again. ] Oh, those sound delicious. I don’t think I’ve had either… [ ; junhee ponders on the two different types, making a note to try those later. ] I like strawberry, too! Strawberry anything is usually really tasty! Or it smells delicious! Ah! There’s this kind of shampoo that I love that’s strawberry scented! It’s the best! [ ; she quickly comments before noticing choa’s book. ] Which book are you reading? [ ; she reaches for another cookie, holding it up to her mouth. ]
Since January? That's still very good! Knowing me, I'd start something like that and forget to keep it up after a week. I don't blame her for taking it seriously, though, even though I know I'd fail I'd probably still try it if someone suggested it. {` reaching for a cookie before they're all gone, she takes a bite, peering across the table at the younger girl as she chews, nodding to show she's listening while she waits to swallow before speaking up} You want to become an animagus? Oh, that's so interesting! I would love to do something like that, but I'm really not very skilled with that sort of stuff... {` she smiles sheepishly as she says this, setting down her half-eaten cookie in favor of picking up the cup of tea, lightly blowing on it and taking a small sip} What kind of animal are you wanting to turn into? Sorry if I'm asking so many questions, I just find it fascinating. {` balancing her book on her lap with its spine propped against the table's edge, she runs her fingertip along the page to find where she left off, skimming the words for a moment before she glances up again and nods at junhee's words} Strawberry is one of my favorite flavors ever, that and raspberry... I guess I like berries. Strawberry shampoo? That sounds lovely, it must make your hair smell so nice! {` snatching up her cookie again and popping the rest of it into her mouth, she blinks when asked about her book, holding up a finger to indicate she needs one moment, quickly chewing and swallowing the mouthful of cookie so she can respond} Ah, I'm reading The Princess Bride. Do you know it?

I know! Actually at home, my mom and I are tea crazy so we have a whole bunch of different kinds and we even tried a small challenge to see if we could drink a different one each day! We’re still continuing, but she’s continuing without me at the moment. [ ; she snorts back a laugh before hugging the book closer to her, almost instinctively. ] O-Oh, this? It’s actually a textbook I found at home that I wanted to bring with me since I’m trying to improve something. [ ; she nodded once, her eyes getting a glimpse of the other’s face before locking back in front of her. once they stop and choa is done tickle the pear and getting the entrance open, she steps inside once she’s guided in, making a beeline for the table that holds the plate of baked goods she was wanting. ] Thank you! [ ; she makes sure to say before grabbing cookies and proceeding to stuff her cheeks with the cookies as she finally sits down in the chair placed next to the table, placing her book right next to the plate. once she is able to clear her mouth of cookies, she tries to speak again. ] Oh, you have some? Great! Thank you! [ ; she smiles over at the other student before flipping through her book to where she left off while she waits for the tea to finish, but still manages to keep small talk going. ] Do you have a favorite kind of tea?

How long as she been going at it? {` giggling lightly, choa shakes her head, surprised to hear someone was actually attempting a different-tea-every-day challenge. it sounds tempting to try herself, even, so she makes a mental note to begin this, starting of course with this pot of peppermint tea, which she works to put on and get brewing as they make small talk with one another} What is your textbook for? You're trying to improve something? What's that, if I can ask? {` looking over curiously, she flashes another smile to the younger girl as she watches her stuffing her cheeks with cookies, resembling a cute chipmunk in her efforts to eat as many as possible. the sight causes her to laugh, but she stifles it behind her hand, collecting two cups to pour the tea into once it's ready, making a thoughtful noise when asked about her favorite kind} Mm, there's this loose leaf tea I buy when I'm home, it's this green tea blend that has strawberry, grapefruit, apple, lemongrass, hibiscus, all these flavors together. It's sweet and a little tart, it's delicious. I also buy this strawberry rose champagne oolong tea that is to die for... I like strawberry, can you tell? {` with another smile, she pours the tea for them and carries the two cups over to the table, setting one in front of junhee before the takes a seat across from her with the other and reaches for her book that she'd left on the table, opening it to the last page she'd been reading}

[ ; she silently cheers to herself, happy that she’s given permission to get more of the cookies that were made. it was always a win in her book if she was allowed to hoard cookies in her mouth like a chipmunk. she continues to laugh off her language switch as choa writes it off as well, still welcoming the brunette to join her in the kitchens to get more cookies. just as she was about to take her first step, her arm is linked with the other’s, and then she is able to resume movement in the right direction. she nods her head some more at the question before speaking. ] Of course I like tea! I love it! [ ; a wide grin spreads across her lips. ] I actually really like peppermint tea, so if you have any of that, may I have some? Or is it out of season? [ ; the last question was more to herself and much more hushed than the previous. ] I only really go into the kitchens at night. I tend to get really hungry at that time. But yes! I’d love to join you! I— [ ; she stopped mid-walk before noting something. ] Wait, I left my book back there! I need to get that first. Wait a moment, okay? [ ; she moves to unlink their arms and then rush back into the common room, over to the fireplace and grab her textbook. once it’s obtained, she moves back over to the female and links her arm back with hers. ] Okay! I’m ready now!
{` a thoughtful hum escapes while she leans her head to one side, casting a quick glance towards the other girl as they walk} Peppermint tea? I'm sure that can be arranged! There are several different kinds of tea in the kitchens, I always like to make something different. That's what is amazing about tea, don't you think?
