Formal title for the parent of your parents, can be shortened to grandma, gran, granny, nana ect. Parent always tell you how she was hard on them but spoils you rotten.

The woman who would pass you down an heirloom of some sort that may or may not take you on a secret quest, if you're lucky enough she may still be alive to tell you the tale of how she met the bad guy or some doomed love story of her youth.

The woman you've only heard stories of from family and paintings, probably went on the quest before you and told her daughter not to do the same, scaring her off but not accounting for her daughters kid not being happy with the vague answers

A mouthful, once you get to the third "great" it stops sounding like a word. This granny has now been promoted to "Ancestor" status, probably the one who crafted the heirloom with her two hands while her husband was fighting in a war. Has been granted power in the afterlife fitting of the new title
I'm not abandoning my Ivory in Oakhurst fic, I am just rewriting a lot of scenes and trying to figure out how to adjust the plot I had planned because the current one makes me personally uncomfortable, rest assured that once I'm done rewriting those scenes I'll post chapter 3
Two things I enjoy have ended in the same week, the Minecraft server I've been making videos on for 4 months and the amazing digital circus. I don't know how I'm going to emotionally recover from this.
I'm going to need to take a nice break from posting videos on my YouTube after I'm done with my next realms video. The 'tism wants me to go back to writing a fanfic and it can't do that if I'm editing a video for my self made timetable that no one but me cares about!
The Tism craves stories but changes what type of stories every month.
I'm still going to be making Minecraft videos, just not posting them for a while (maybe I'll do some streams who knows)
Sometimes I'm having trouble sleeping, then I realise that no one else on Minecraft had the ChristyCreative username dispite Christy being a common nickname and Creative being a gamemode.
It doesn't solve the sleep issues but it amazes me how no one else grabbed it before I did, no underscore or numbers needed
Okay so I'm working on this fic, fighting to try get as many scenes written as possible when life threw itself on its head. So until I'm ready to upload chapter 2, here are some scenes I've written to try convince more people to read and comment to give myself a motivation boost.
Scene 1:
Ivory flinched at the sight of the monster. A creature hidden in the corner of her vision, maskeraiding as a human. An entity of the dark, one that hides in plain sight. She hadn't talked to the monster, why would she? This creature is not something she would like to exist around. Mister Pyrosythe did not force her to be around the creature, for that she was thankful. She would rather stay in the unfinished home and feed Mister Pyro and Miss Apo’s pet.
Then again, Ivory would love to spend all day looking after Truffle so it was really no comparison.
Scene 2:
Avid took Pyro aside. “Ivory’s a vampire!” He spat through gritted teeth.
“Well that's preposterous.” Pyro mocked. “I knew Ivory before I even came to Oakhurst.”
“W- well she could have hidden it.”
“Are you saying that I don't care for my assistant enough to see if she's eating regularly?” He accused.
“I- no but you can't tell me that everything she does is normal! She asks to enter people's homes-”
“She's being polite.”
“She doesn't go anywhere near silver-”
“Blatantly false, she will hold silver if asked of her.”
“She has white hair!”
“Her hair colour isn't any more unnatural than your eyes, Avid. There are more medical conditions being discovered every day, which is to say that the supposed vampirism isn't one of those.” Pyro pinched the bridge of his nose. “If you're truly worried about Ivory, I'll take her to Legs for a quick check. Satisfied?”
"Are you sure he's trustworthy?” Avid probed.
Pyro’s nails pricked the inside of his palms. “I don't know what you want from me.”
Scene 3:
When Owen first saw someone with white hair walking in the woods, his heart almost started to beat again. He knew it wasn't Louis but the sight of a stage 3 vampire meant a chance at some kind of connection.
His wounds in his metaphorical chest still felt fresh and he originally followed in hopes of killing the humans who awoke him. The white haired girl had been following them, maybe trying to wait out a meal.
She wasn't alerted to his presence until he stepped on a twig. To his surprise she had a large mark over her face, he tried to rationalise it in his mind, after all his skin was cleared after his turning. It must have been a holy water burn or some silver was held against her, either way the images that flashed in his mind were not pretty. Her eyes were less of a blood red and more of a drained pink. Owen wondered if she was a fledgling and if so, who turned her. “Are you here to see the tower too?” The woman asked him.
