caregiver things i love:
when they call you a good baby/kid
when they say âyouâre too little to do thatâ and just do it instead
their voices
their touch full of care
the daddy/mommy stare they give you when youâre in trouble
how patient they are even after youâve been very bratty
but also how they know when youâre out of limits and need to give you a punishment
when they pick up your paci just so they can put it in your mouth and say âcome here, let me take care of youâ
when they put on your socks and shoes for you
how they open all the doors for you
how everything is better, happier and more fun when theyâre around
when theyâre sad and know youâre there to give them support
just like when youâre sad theyâll always be there for you
how much reliable they are
how caring and sweet they are
how strong and such an example they are for their regressor(s)
their eyes, their smell, their hands⊠ah⊠their hands! and all the perfect expressions they do as a response for every little thing you do
when they call you âbuttheadâ or âsilly/dorkâ just so they can see you pout and then call you cute
when they always grab your hands when crossing the street, because they want to protect you
how they pay attention to what you like and dislike just so they do whatâs best for you
everything. they exist.
caregivers are so good and deserve all the appreciation. theyâre there for us and do everything they can. thank you, every caregiver out there. we know how hard you all try too!Â
special thanks to my amazing daddy, @numberonedada! <3

Thank you for this post set!!
@elithelittle
i wish there was more talk on tumblr about hypersexuality as a response to trauma, tbh. i see a lot of talk about asexuality and sex-repulsion due to trauma, but i rarely see people talk about the opposite. idk, its a difficult subject i suppose
Hypersexuality as a result of trauma can happen because you start believing youâre not good for anything else but sex. Because you believe you canât expect love without it. Because you believe sex is the only way anyone could possibly connect to others. Because sex is the only kind of intimacy youâre âany good atâ. Because you donât know how else to get attention. Because itâs easier to get sex than love. Because cuddling after sex is the only way you know how to get nonsexual physical touch. Because youâre high/drunk all the time. Because you have no libido/desire/attraction anymore and keep hoping that having sex will kickstart it. Because youâre good at sex and itâs the only way to get recognition and respect. Because you were told that youâre âbad at sexâ and you feel ashamed and are trying to âget better at it.â Because you have flashbacks if you abstain from sex. Because you feel wordlessly desperate/scared/anxious if you donât have sex for a certain period of time. Because you associate sex with danger and you donât believe youâre allowed to be safe. Because you feel so bad so much of the time that sex/orgasm is the only way to calm down or feel good anymore. Because youâve been re-targeted by other abusers/perpetrators who can tell you donât know how to say no. Because youâre still with your abuser/rapist/perpetrator and the only way to prevent âworseâ violence is to initiate sex. Because sex is physically or emotionally painful for you and youâre using sex to self-harm.Â
Hypersexuality after trauma is way more common than anyone wants to believe, and it can happen for so, so many different reasons. These are just a few.Â
Readers, there are some very moving comments on this thread (TW due to topic) if you are reading and thinking âthis sounds like meâ or âis this a thing?â
TW WARNING TRUAMA SEX
This is honestly so important. After my truama, my PTSD morphed into hypersexuality. I saw everyone talk about abstaining and being fearful of sex, but I could not relate at all. My sexuality was the only way that I could get ANY attention and "love" . I would messages anyone and everyone, flirting and sexing because I kept just stuffing sex into a empty hole in my chest. Now that I have my Daddy, (AND YEARS OF THERAPY) I have learned that sex is not my whole world. Everytime my daddy would turn me down for text I would sob because I thought he didn't love me anymore, now I relize he turned me down because he did love me. He wanted me to get better, and now I did. It was a ton of learning, meds, therapy, and talking but now I have found the balance in my sexuality.
It is possible! Never be ashamed to struggle with hypersexuality ! Always get help if you think you need it!
Virginity is a social construct, there is no "loosing it". You give it away to someone you want too. That helped me in my darkest moments.
Remembering I am more than what happened to me,
I am more than sex.
I am more than virginity.
I am more than trauma.
I am me.
Its ok to show urself to your mama
Its ok to wake up your mommy in the middle of the night. Infact its encouraged Its ok to inform her of triggers Its ok to ask for help Its ok to show ur real self to your mama. Its what shes there for. Being a little isnt all fun and games and being a dom isnt all cuddles and love. Sometimes its talking seriously. Sometimes its crying together sometimes its facing something scary
littles with eating disorders
eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating arenât always about just food. theyâre often about using food to cope with bad feelings such as stress, sadness, pain and anger. feelings no daddy, mummy or caregiver wants their little to feel!
1. when talking about the eating disorder, talk about feelings or relationships instead. link this to why youâre concerned, not on weight, food and appearance. 2. remind them that you want to care for them as much as they should care for themselves. 3. avoid fat prejudices and do not compare them to others. if they claim to âbe fat,â instead of saying âyou are not fat,â ask them why they fear being fat instead, and what they think they will achieve being thin. 4. do not demand change. do not criticize their eating habits. people with eating disorders want to be in control, and this can be in or out of their littlespaces. 5. avoid placing shame, guilt or blame on them. this will only make your little one feel terrible. no accusatory statements using âyou.â âyou are acting silly,â or âyou just need to eatâ is wrong. perhaps you could use âiâ statements. âi am worried about you because you are not eating lunch or dinner,â or âit makes me afraid to hear you vomiting.â
in a caregiving role, daddies, mummies and caregivers are often a main place for security and comfort for littles. there are other things to include in this sense: 1. have a think about your own thoughts on food, weight and body image. if you have your own body image pressures, and share these with your little, try not to voice them so openly. itâs good to communicate once in a while, and bottling up isnât safe, but influencing can be terrible. 2. no threats, scare tactics or outbursts of anger. saying you will abandon them, take away their privileges or more is emotional abuse. 3. attempt to set kind and consistent limits and rules. practice how to respond to them skipping a meal, purging, binging or eating with others. 4. be firm. regardless of pleas and/or promises, stay very focused on what is happening. you may have to force them to go to the doctors or hospital. if possible, join them, or call them when they do. 5. do whatever you can to promote self-esteem. this includes intellectual, athletic and social endeavours. try to avoid praising their appearance, as this further supports the painful behaviours.
i hope this helps! remember, everyone is different, and some techniques will work for some, and not for others. whilst this post is aimed towards littles with eating disorders, one for daddies, mummies and caregivers will be out in the future!
how to put me into little space almost instantly
call me âbaby boyâ/âlittle oneâ/âprinceâ/any other adorable pet name
ask me if you can do a task for me (ex: âyou want me to pick that up for you?â)
give me my littlespace things (bottle, binky, stuffies, starry robe, etc)
make me food without me asking
pick me up or hold my hand unexpectedly
any baby talk or treating me like a kid
touch my face in a tender way
sing to me
ask me childish questions
treat me like Iâm small or younger
Did you know...
That youâre the cutest baby? Yes, you.
I donât want to hear any nonsense about how youâre ugly, or that you arenât cute enough to regress.
All babies are cute.Â
All of you.
ALL.
GREAT NEWS EVERYONE!!!
