so i am very bad at being hydrated. recently i have been filling my cups with less water as a trick to drink more. usually when i get water from the faucet, i fill it all the way up, take a few sips, and then dump it back into the sink - but now that i've been filling it only a little bit, i think, "well it's only a little bit i can finish this little bit" and it's been helping so hopefully it can help someone else
