I need every single person to understand how horrible tumblr’s tagging system is

I go into the tag for epilepsy and its all flashing lights. We can’t use our own tag because people without epilepsy fill it up with improper warnings.

Use ‘flashing’ in place of ‘epilepsy’ in your tags. You aren’t warning people of epileptics, you’re warning us of flashing lights. Please please tag properly. Epileptics say this endlessly and constantly and it’s ignored. You are risking lives by doing this.

I work a few part time theatre jobs but it’s getting rough making ends meet. I love what I do but I need to make more money.

Been looking for a job for over 1.5 yrs!!!!

Applied to over 600 jobs of various levels of qualification. I’ve gotten to 2 phone screens and 1 interview.

I’ve got 19 yrs experience over theatre, events/management and community engagement.

I’ve only received 27 rejection emails.

I feel like I’m blacklisted and wouldn’t even know where to assume I went wrong.

Tired, defeated, smiling sometimes and enjoying the work I do but I’m pretty sure in 6 months l won’t have a place to live.
