"It’s a name you were given. Don’t be rude." he huffed and took the small hand, pulling Claude onto his feet. "I was looking for… An older you, to discuss something important, but it can wait for now."

He wasn’t too sure what to do now. He was sure the small boy wouldn’t understand what his older self did wrong. Was this going to be temporary, or long lasting.

Claude jumped when the other pulled him up, looking bewildered. "Why'd you do that?" he asked, giving a huff. He frowned deeply, trying to adjust the shirt so he wasn't standing on the hem anymore, and the sleeves so that his hands could reach out the holes. "Now what, then? I dunno where I am."

"I was… Looking for you, to talk to you about something." he said and looked to the side. He wasn’t sure how he was going to have his talk now. "And you do know me. I’m a demon and butler, like you, though I guess you’re rather young to be a butler now." he looked back at Claude with softer features. "Your name is Claude Faustus. I’m Sebastian Michaelis."

"That's not my name. I'm not a human," huffed the boy, shaking his head. He held out his much smaller hand to shake, first presenting his left hand, then quickly correcting his mistake and presenting the right. "Anyway... Why are you looking for me? I'm pretty sure I don't know you."

The back of his left hand was completely bare. Yet his master's scent could still be detected, fresh and pulsing. How odd...

Sebastian noticed the pile of clothes on the floor, then followed them to the small boy. The anger turned into surprise and he carefully knelt down. “Claude?… Is that you? What happened?” he asked, clearly sounding surprise. What was the spider playing at? Was he teasing him?

Claude lifted his head slowly when the other called him, blinking up at him. Was that right? Was that his name? It didn't sound like it, but he'd responded to it anyway. That was strange, but it could only mean that it was. "Do I know you?" he asked quietly, blinking at him. The other wasn't threatening him anymore, but he didn't know why. That bothered him even more as the other knelt beside him. "What do you want?"

Sebastian sniffed Claude out to the room and made his way to it. Without knocking, he opened the door and looked at the room. His eyes flared with anger. “Faustus. I know you’re here. Come out, and I might not rip your throat out.” he said and stepped into the room. “I just want to talk, is all.”

Claude sank back into the corner even further. If the pile of his clothing on the floor was any indication, then the little bundle not too far away would be. As a child, he was terrified of the other, who had burst into the room, growling and making threats. In this state, he didn't even recognize Sebastian, but his scent was terribly familiar. He curled up tighter to try and make himself appear even smaller.

This was going to be Sebastian’s final straw. He had it with Claude trying to steal his master, and now that he was expecting, the spider had been around even more. He had a pretty good idea that the other was around, waiting for him to get too tired one day from moving around all day, then come by and snatch Ciel at last.

Sebastian had gone to the Trancy manor and helped himself inside. Seven months pregnant with twins. Not the best time to do this, but it had to be done. "Faustus.” Sebastian said firmly, furrowing his eyebrows as he started to look for Claude.
