We have discussed and deliberated raising an initiative to hit the sponsors harder in direct opposition to CW Upfronts. The goal of the initiative will be to educate the sponsors via Twitter about our issues with how The loo has mishandled its storylines and its impressionable audience. 

Thus, we propose Operation #DropTheHundred.

At the end of the day, television is a business. Upfronts is where networks announce their plans for the year and try to sell their products (i.e. shows) to sponsors. We need to attack them where it matters: their wallets. Let’s show them that there will be dire financial consequences for their blunders.

The plan is for it to happen day before Upfronts, on Wednesday, May 18th.

Operation #DropTheHundred will run for the entire day so that everyone can join in at their own pace with power hours:

2pm - 5pm PDT

5pm - 8pm EDT

6pm - 9pm BRT

11pm - 2am CEST

5am - 8am PHT

7am - 10am AEST

We can tweet them regarding the many problematic aspects of the show, you can include screencaps of their inappropriate or insensitive tweets, and anything else you can come up with.
