Haven't posted much on here, but I am planning to change that 😁 been going through a lot the past few months and going to start using this platform to share my experiences. Yes, it's old fashion, most people use TikTok or Instagram to share but I still love Tumblr 🥰

Fuck yeah I get to reblog this

This lands differently in April of 2020…
This does land differently, all I can think of is like the old timey plague “bring out your dead” shit
A parent saying to their child,
“you owe me because I feed you,”
is tantamount to them saying,
“I had a baby and then didn’t murder it through neglect, so it’s my slave.”
You don’t owe your parents for food to eat, clothes to wear, a bed to sleep in, not even toys and books, or activities like sports.
Because all of that is essential to a child’s physical, emotional, psychological, social, and developmental well-being. It’s normal for a parent to provide these things. It’s child neglect to fail to provide these things (not accounting for poverty or other circumstances beyond their control, such as famine or war).
Attempting to control their child by guilt-tripping them for providing the essentials is financial, emotional, and psychological abuse.
Say it louder for the people in the back
Say it louder for the fucked up parents in the back
The emotional and developmental needs part is something I wish I heard a long time ago. Growing up, my mother told me that the state only required she feed me like once or twice a day (i forget) and that the fact that she fed me 3 times a day meant she was doing more than required. She would also play videos or listen to these stories on the radio of people who were severely impoverished or abused and tell me I’m lucky she doesn’t do that. She legit told me I was lucky she didn’t let anybody rape me when I was a young child
A simple reminder.

Young women need to hear this. It’s OKAY!
and young men
So, I'm struggling right now.
I'm debating weather or not to go to church tomorrow. Just been hard lately to be in church.
Please help! Any advice?
I mentioned a few months ago about going out to an abortion mill with Sarah, who is pregnant, a mother of 5, a foster mom of multiple children, and an OB/GYN (so basically, an expert on all things pertaining to abortion). We spoke on ectopic pregnancies specifically. Here’s a recent post from her.
Had to repost as images because Tumblr refused to post 90% of the text, even in multiple posts.
Paul: I murdered for years.
God: I can work with that.
Unnamed prostitute: I’ve slept with many men.
God: I can work with that.
Zaccheus: I’ve robbed my community of thousands.
God: I can work with that.
Moses: I have no idea what I’m doing in life.
God: I can work with that.
Women at the well: I have divorced many times.
God: I can work with that.
Timothy: I am really young.
God: I can work with that.
Esther: I am just a woman.
God: I can work with that.
“What’s the worst thing I’ve stolen? Probably little pieces of other people’s lives. Where I’ve either wasted their time or hurt them in some way. That’s the worst thing you can steal, the time of other people. You just can’t get that back.”
— Chester Bennington (via thoughtkick)
