yeah yeah opening a fic and "he would not fucking say that" but what about you open the fic and "he would fucking say that". what about that pure feeling of euphoria when it's exactly right the way you like it
Mermaids in Classic Fiction
More closely associated nowadays with magical princesses, mermaids and other sea-dwelling monsters have existed in folklore since the dawn of time. Traditionally, a mermaid was a bad omen, a harbinger of doom if seen while at sea, thought to lure men to their death. This is a common thread in early mermaid fiction as well: the mermaids lack a soul, may seek to gain one through the love of a human, or otherwise endeavour to lure them to the depths with their beauty or enchanting songs. They became more benevolent through children's fiction, and of course most famously by the sanitized fairy stories created by Disney.

love the end of the two towers where gandalf looks into the sunset talking bout "yea frodo had to go it alone it was his destiny and there is no changing it he will be ok 😌✨" and aragorn is like "sam went with him btw" and gandalf is like "oh fuck thank god"
the way so many men truly believe that access to women is their god given right is fucking disgusting

Oh….
Just do as she says.
“Gods, I’d pay a king’s ransom for a hot, lavender-scented bath – minstrels serenading as I close my eyes and let the water’s warmth dissolve all woes.” 🛁🫧💜
