Colin smiled softly and wrapped his arms around Credence without saying anything, holding him tight.

“You don’t have to ask me that Credence” he said softly.

“Thanks.” He mumbled, wrapping his arms around Colin. He was just nice to hug in general, not that Credence hugged many people in the first place.

Colin rubbed a hand over his back soothingly. “Everything okay?” He knew Credence wasn’t much of a hugger.

Credence shrugged a little. “Kinda. Just needed a hug I think.”

“That’s okay” Colin said softly. “I’ve been told I give really good hugs.”

“You do.” He replied, hugging him a bit tighter without thinking about it.

Colin tore his eyes away from the stars and towards the voice behind him. “Yeah, it’s just quiet up here yknow?” He said softly and looked back towards the sky.

“A good place to think and clear your head. What brings you up here?”

“Shuddup.” Credence mumbled, blushing more if it was possible. He couldn’t tell if Colin was flirting with him or not but he found he didn’t mind it all that much, he was just too shy to attempt to tease back.

He was trying to flirt, but it had been a fair while since he’d actually succeeded. “Or what?” He smiled

He shook his head, chuckling softly. Most people didn’t flirt with him so this was new but he couldn’t say he wasn’t too upset about it.

Colin shuffled a little bit closer, looking back out at the stars. “That’s what I thought” he smiled teasingly. “I still think you’re adorable”

“Thank you.” He mumbled, still blushing brightly.

Colin smiled and glanced at his watch. “Its getting late and cold. We should bit he go back inside..”

“Alright.” He nodded, moving to get up.

He also stood up and smiled, stretching out with a soft groan.

Credence smiled slightly, chuckling softly.

Colin yawned and ran a hand through his hair, then held open the door “after you”

“Thank you.” He murmured, waiting for Colin once he walked in.

He followed Credence inside and then shut and locked the door to the roof.

“Hm. Didn’t know that door actually locked.” He shrugged slightly.

“Just needs a bit of a push.” He smiled and gestured for Credence to go down the stairs before him

“Then someone forgets to lock it a lot.” He said as he started down the stairs.

Colin followed behind him and chuckled. "I suppose it doesn't really make a difference"
