What is Sky? Chosen? That sounds... off? Not right? Kinda pompous, which Sky is so very not.

Yes, the nine heroes of Hyrule have a buddy system. Twilight insists on this. Do you know the chaos that comes with them all being dropped in a Hyrule alone??? Because he does! He's the one who usually ends up tracking them down!

Wild unsupervised will either end up terraforming via explosions or acquiring a cult following. One time that following had been made up of Hylians. Another had been bokoblins.

Wind, in contrast to Wild, will instead end up joining a cult, of his own volition no less, only to completely destroy it in a matter of hours after being found. He will also know everybody by name and be recognized by every town's population in an eight mile radius.

Time, as much as he loves his mentor, will fall back on kokiri behaviors. Finding him involves a lot of pranks that he and the gaggle of children he inexplicably obtained at some point won't ever claim credit for.

Hyrule, without another of the chain to pull him along, will hunker down and trigger the most elaborate and anxiety-inducing game of hide-and-seek Twilight has ever had the displeasure of participating in. He hides so well he practically falls off the face of the Earth. One time, that was literal.

Legend, despite his pride and grumpy demeanor, will find himself adopted by the nearest elderly lady. He will become one with the town. He has always been there, everyone will say, and no one he asks will admit to the presence of a traveler of his appearance. Legend gets gifts of baked goods and the odd trinket, and if any other Link finds him before either himself or Time, he will bully them into also helping said elderly. Nothing else usually happens after that, because by that point Legend has a buddy and gets convinced to leave the town that's trying to absorb him into their community, much to the obliviousness of Legend himself.

Sky, on multiple occasions, went from "I found a lost child" to "This is my foster now" in the span of twelve minutes. He has also, on one very memorable occasion, wiped out several monster camps harrassing a town, killed some corrupted monster the locals claimed to be an evil god, and was then worshiped as a benevolent deity after returning with the thing's eye as proof. They built statues. The last time they visited said town the locals built him a church. Sky himself is still under the impression they made him mayor, not a god.

Four... Four does Four things without a buddy to ground him. Sometimes that's holing himself up in a library for two days without the poor librarian's knowledge. Sometimes that's wandering around in a way that makes him mistaken for a lost child taken by the fairies. Sometimes that's taking over the nearest blacksmith workshop and getting his nineteenth master's certificate.

Warriors, bless the man, will somehow end up with contradictory reputations everywhere he goes. The children and the elderly adore him, the middle-aged think he has the worst vibes imaginable. He'll be recognized simultaneously as a man of honor and a womanizer in the same village. He'll stop a thief in the streets, then turn around and end up arrested because someone framed him for property damage.

He himself is not immune to the insanity of being left alone to his own devices in an era not his own, according to the others. He's been told he has a tendency to avoid civilization unconsciously and was once the origin of a cryptid ghost story that gained oddly enthusiastic traction amongst the children.

If any of you saw a reblog, no you didn't

To preface this, I know nothing of One Piece outside the Naruto Keisuke fics (Ocean Stars Falling and its related works). Finch knows more than me, but not by much.

Now, I've seen season 1 of the One Piece live action. It's great! I don't remember ever looking up what characters actually look like from the manga/anime, though.

But for season 2, I really wanted to know if we ever see Laboon again. I adore the not-so-little-anymore guy. So I hoped into the internet to see a quick plot synopsis. I'm only looking for if Laboon's name comes up a second time. Do we see him again or not?

And in my search, I find Laboon's anime counterpart. That and Crocus'.

And... Well...

Yeah!! That - That's the guy! That is so the guy right there! Right down to the ridiculous kinda-hat-kinda-not on his head!

I don't know what else I was expecting. I cannot say what emotion I'm feeling right now. All I can say is : Yeah. They nailed him. Wow.

I remember a quote by Eru somewhere where he's basicly like: "I think only robots should fight other robots, anything else would break the aesthetic" or something. I have been trying to find the exact quote and where its said but have come up with nothing.

At first i thought it was during the fight at fort Casadesus when he's like: "I cant fight because I dont have a robot" and then i gets his motor beat and joins but that wasnt it, close, but not what i was looking for.

Then I thought it might have something to do with the levitate ships and Eru disliking how other tech was introduced to fight in the war other than Silhouette knights. But again i found nothing.

So this is my last resort, does anyone know where this quote is and what it is exactly, or if i just imagined it? On the wiki there is a line that talks about it so i dont think i imagined it but it didnt show the quote so, idk.

Please, if someone knows i would really appreciate it.

I think the quote you're looking for is, if you're thinking in terms of the subtitled episodes, actually from the English dub version.

Episode 5, about midway in the episode. After Addy and Kid go after the thieves, Eru is on the castle wall watching the destruction and lamenting that if only he could go out and fight, but alas, he has no mech suit and it would violate his terms of asthetics. Only mechs can fight mechs, which is the closest in what I've got to your quote hunt. Either that, or during the behemoth fight?

People who have never seen World Trigger will take one look at Osamu and go "oh another one of those timid nerdy mcs that follows the rules like the law-" NOO DUDE THAT'S HOW HE GETS YOU

This guy. [Slaps on top of car] this guy won't hesitate to ignore or bend the rules to his own desire to get what he wants. He's got not one but two flesh-and-blood Neighbors in his squad. He used his C-Rank trigger knowing for a fact that he was going to get punished for it and it caused there to be a readjustement for that specific rule afterwards. His entire thing in the Away Mission Exam is that he finds whatever loophole he can use and spams cheese-tactics until it paves the way to victory, and it WORKS!

Not to mention the audacity? Dude lost one singular round and decided that he will try to recruit Jin friggin Yuichi the fortune cookie of Border into Tamakoma-2. Obviously did not work but a normal person wouldn't even dare thinking about something like that. Oh also the fact that in the early manga arcs, he said that he'd break the rules again if he must right in front of the upper management?? "I'd do it again if I had to protect others" I'd have peed my pants. Props to you but I would've peed my pants

Before you stands one of the most AUDACIOUS PEOPLE in the entirety of Border. He takes the most absurd routes to get to his goals and succeeds. He breaks rules like sticks if he thinks he should. He hides his vigor and spice behind a mask of timidness and stoicness and unless you look behind and realize the weight of all the stuff he has done so far, you stay in the illusion of that mask!! Forever!!!

He's got that gremlin energy baked into his bones! You just can't tell most of the time because of the people he surrounds himself with. Chika gives off the vibes of a tactical nuke in a froggy raincoat. Hyuse has cultural dissonance and the apathy to not care about it. His friend? aquantaince? tutor? AKA Chika's older brother gets more suspicious the more we learn of him. Yuma, the definition of a gremlin, needs no introduction. Osamu in comparison is just a guy in glasses.

Dude rolled a nat 20 on stealth with max luck. He is the normiest normie to ever normal, trust, and no one can say otherwise with his squad in the background and the rest of his branch cheering from the stands.
