the reason why i hate the transgender section of social justice is because these idiots believe that gender/sex is a social construct, and they want to start telling parents to start raising their children gender-neutrally and forcing them to be transgender. and with the direction where the world is going with the media pandering to sjw’s, they might start promoting that bullshit and if that happens kids will start commiting suicides because doing that shit on normal children is child abuse.

i wouldn’t be suprised if some countries started telling doctors to ignore children’s genders in the name of social justice.

Make-up IS a choice. Personally, I have never been pressured into wearing make-up, I wear it because it boosts my confidence and makes me feel great. But, if you don’t want to wear it, then go ahead, literally no-one is stopping you.

And I sincerely doubt that if you go to a job interview without make-up on, that they will refuse to hire you based on that.

Agreed. I never wear makeup. No lipstick, eyeliner, blush, lip gloss, foundation, nothing. Never felt the need to, and never had a problem finding a job because of it. Changing Tatum said his Magic Mike body doesn’t last for more than five days. He starved down and dehydrated his already fit physique for a “look”.

The male soldiers on Spartacus: Blood and Sand were eating pretty much chicken and veggies for every meal to maintain a “look”.

Why is this such a big deal? Because all these characters are considered physical goals for men. These are actual unobtainable physical standards for men. Male body image issues get swept under the rug so often that some people don’t even think they exist.

Feminism has given men even more power than they ever had throughout history. Men no longer have to solely provide for their families. Men no longer have to marry a woman in order to have sex with her. Through birth control men can have indiscriminate sex with almost as many women as possible without having to make a commitment to any of them.

Women once held quite a few cards in how men treated them and now we hold next to none. Even more upsetting: men are so put off on marriage due to no-fault divorce, alimony, etc… (and why get married when most women give men everything that used to be given exclusively through marriage within the first couple dates?) women who do want to get married and settle down have to fight just to prove their worth as a woman who will love and care for a man and birth his children and care for his home. In less than 100 years we have ruined nearly everything that once worked out so well for both sexes.

I feel like we’re also trying to reverse the “roles” in a way: now we praise the strong businesswoman who doesn’t take any shit and works super hard, and we praise men who are willing to cry and wear makeup, and pink.

I’m not saying there’s anything completely wrong with either of those, but things that used to bring people joy like having a family and traditional stuff is getting pushed aside in favor of switching everyone’s places and believing that having kids is no longer necessary / boring
