This 70 year old man, Edgar Moncayo had let this fuck stain stay IN HIS HOME (this was not an apartment or something, just a boarding house) for 400$. He had 2 rules. Boarders could not have girls over or children. This shit stain broke both, having a girlfriend over and her infant child who they often left unattended while the child screamed.

Moncayo received his first month's rent of $400 but the fuckwit refused to pay the next month, often hiding from Moncayo when he politely came to get his due. Moncayo even cut the rent IN HALF because he believed in second chances and truely wanted to help this cocksucker out.

This fuck shoved a 70 year old man down a flight of stairs AND KILLED HIM over 200$.

Not every landlord is the scum of the earth.

This poor man didn't deserve this and anyone laughing about it is worse than the fucking dogshit on the bottom of a real slumlords shoe.
