Trading card-sized capybara
Made a proxy for the boot-lickin' Buggy card. Had a lot of fun! It's kind of nice to work that small.
Don card with the black-and-gold on top was generously given to me by my friend @misohmisoh (who also provided the thermal prints of the card effect and some sage advice while I made this!)
Bonus card before I added the words:

I'm making two litres of salted caramel syrup and had to make more than ten times the amount in the recipe because the recipe, as written, makes 12 tablespoons
12 tablespoons is roughly 175-180 litres depending on how good you are with a spoon
It's great, I've made it before, but I forgot that ten times the amount means that the time you spend babysitting the fucking caramel is proportional
I have been standing here for two hours and it has yet to even hint at turning beige
I just wrote out a whole fucking explanation and recipe for what I'm doing and then the app crashed and took all of my witticisms with it, so clearly that's a sign that I'm not going to be using this account as a cooking blog

3 hours in and it looks like it's the right colour :)
But it's crystallised :( ya boi got too meddlesome and agitated the sugar by stirring it ONCE
Final update: it's extremely good. Best I've made yet. It took all afternoon but my time is worthless so I feel pretty good about myself today :)
