Somehow slipped my mind to put it on Tumblr, but a few months back I bought a lineart commission of Pit from Tracy Yardley.

For those who don't know, Tracy Yardley has done a lot of work on the Sonic the Hedgehog Archie and IDW comics in the past, along with a fair number of other comic books. It's a different kind of relic from the other ones I have, but every bit as cherished!

ANYWAY. I finally remembered to share because this week I got around to doing something for fun with it that I've had in mind for a while.

Tried to isolate the lineart from a photo, separate it out from the paper, and then fill it in using color picking from official sprites for fun!

Here, have a PNG of just the lineart, too. I'm sure you can fill it in better than I can! My line isolation is kinda scuffed, but it's something to work with. Just remember to credit the original lineart to Tracy Yardley and note that he wasn't the one to separate the linework out if you do anything and share it around. It would be nice to credit me as well, but first and foremost I just want to make sure he gets credit where credit is due.

I started reading the Char's daily life spinoff without getting into gundam properly beforehand. Because your posts inspired me, and i always find the idea of starting with the wierd spin offs always amuses me. Im enjoying the journey so far. I was accidentally spoiled for how insane this guy is a bit early bc i showed someone and she was like "oh Char Aznable, the writer we like was heavily inspired by Gundam and you can tell Because he took this specific thing from char" and i kinda wish she didnt because i think i mightve figured this out organically by reading the part where he buys a new phone

LMAOOOOOOO AH……. That’s really amusing though at the very least, this manga being a gag comic means like a lot of characters will kind of have their personalities drastically altered but with the way Char is handled it still is just. Entertaining to me. I love his ridiculous phone case it is probably one of my favorite running jokes they did in relation to him

Hi! I noticed you were asking for art suggestions. Would Kid Icarus be an acceptable fandom to work with? I think we could use more people drawing characters from that, so I would say either your favorite character from Uprising if you have one, or just Pit if not. Or if Kid Icarus doesn't work for you. . .draw one of the generic jellyfish from Splatoon. Those lil' guys don't get enough love.

I can't say I don't know the series, I've seen the characters on Super Smash Bros.

Yet also just drawing the Jellyfish isn't enough...

Hey dudes, I should’ve said something last week but I’ll be taking a break from live streams for a bit.

Truth be told, I lost my interests in rando’s and Zelda, not like as a whole signing it off, but just, feeling that negative voice in the back of my head of like “what’s the point, it’s the same things over and over again”

And as much as I still love the music and visuals, just not scratching the itch.

Plus I’ve had my time put in other places, and that’s been a big factor of where energy is being displaced

So! Gonna focus on those things and hopefully come back to doing the live stuff when I am fresher faced and better mindset on the games~
