this is gonna sound hyperbolic but the new VC-25B's have possibly the worst livery i have ever seen on any head of state's aircraft.

the WAVING FLAG ON THE TAIL i can't even

the whole reason the american VC-25A looks so distinctive is bc of how different it looks to the national aircraft of other countries.

this is pretty subjective but imo the best-looking national VIP transports (excluding the USA) are relatively understated, with some element/s of the national flag or identity on them, and enough subtle color choices to make it easy for a normal person to tell them apart from a commerical airliner.

(for simplicity i'm just talking abt countries that have dedicated aircraft for their heads of state)

some examples of what i'd consider "good looking" include, in no particular order:
