I know you have snacks,” Bart actually had no confirmation that the other boy did have snacks, but figured if he did and was lead to believe that Bart knew, he’d give ‘em up.

Connor eyed the young speedster, trying to determine just how he knew he kept snacks on him, a habit developed over years of hanging out with The Wall-man.

After a few moments he relented and produced the high-protein snacks and held it out for the- likely- snatching hands.

An outright squeal escaped the boy’s throat and he promptly snatched it, as was to be expected, before looking it over appreciatively, a giant cheesy grin on his face. He then beamed at the other boy, tilting his head.

“Myyyy hero. You can be as slow as you want.”

The food was then being practically devoured, the speedster content to walk at Conner’s snail-pace alongside him.
